Ashley helped me on 8/15/23, again on 8/16/23, and on 8/30/23. I have worked with Lincare for years. Many of the staff who are no longer there were impatient and not empathetic. Ashley was patient, compassionate, knowledgeable, and helpful. She slowed down once she saw that my husband was taking notes. She answered his questions and mine, and at no time did she make me feel stupid. I had asked my doctor NOT to use Lincare because of my past experiences.Thank you, Ashley, for your kind support!

For over a month our NP has been trying to get them to bring me oxygen for night time use because my oxygen drops into the 70's and 80s at times. We have called repeatedly with no luck. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. They are horrible to deal with. I even had someone with the company call me several days ago asking if I had gotten everything I needed. I said NO. She said you should get it today. I still have heard nothing from the company!!!

We so appreciate all the help we have received from Lincare since my husband went on oxygen this spring. We decided it would be easiest to exchange our tanks ourselves, instead of having Lincare deliver, since we had such varying needs each week. This also gave us the opportunity to meet Ashley at the front desk and Scott in delivery. Ashley has been extremely helpful in answering questions and helping to find solutions to problems we have had. She always wears a smile no matter how crazy it sometimes is there. And Scott originally set us up with the oxygen on a Sunday afternoon when my husband was released from the hospital. He was so helpful that day and has continued to be so helpful when we have come out to exchange our tanks. Thanks to everyone we have had contact with at Yorktown’s Lincare.

If you need oxygen, use another company if you can. Drivers are super nice and helpful when they show up. I’ve had nothing but difficulty when I call in for supplies getting what I need when I need it. Even when the text message comes through asking if you want your delivery doesn’t seem to work. I say yes but I don’t get a delivery. It is nice that you can have stuff delivered to a vacation address but that too has been difficult at best from the request not being logged properly to getting broken equipment. I give them a 3 because of the actual delivery drivers. They’re nice and helpful and one went out of his way for us while on vacation. If not for that, I’d give them a 1.

I've been waiting for a month for my husband's c pap. I've called and you can not get ahold of anyone. I called this morning and finally got someone to answer for them to put me on hold yet again and they ended up hanging up on me. I've called back and waited for ever with no answer...again!!

Do not use this company, promised a bed delivery to my home then called back as the EMT were getting me ready for transportation and said they were missing parts. Cost me an extra day in the hospital. Now I get rude people on the phone trying to get me to provide a doctor's note or sign an AMA. I am done with the bed and they said they would pick it up a week ago, it's still here and nobody wants to answer the phone

My son needed a bili blanket and Lincare was the only provider we could find that had them. I had the oxygen company I used to work for fax over the doctors order because they didn't have them. Now I do realize that this was faxed over a few minutes before close, but they told me they wouldn't get me the blanket because they didn't want to submit it to insurance that close to 5. So basically something my 5 day old son needed, was refused because they didn't want to spend a few extra minutes submitting it to insurance. I've always known they are not the best company, but to refuse service. My doctor had tried getting ahold of them much before 5, but rhey just kept leaving my doctor on hold.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst company I have ever felt with. My mother in law is on oxygen 24/7 and she came home from hospital in an ambulance because lincare can’t do their job and provide us with the necessary equipment needed to support my mother in laws oxygen needs. We can barely get tanks delivered when we need them. Calling corporate does nothing. We will be calling a lawyer and filing a lawsuit against this worthless company.

Seriously ridiculous that an oxygen supply company has me on hold over 18 minutes without a single person ever coming on the line. I called 2 weeks ago for my son's supplies to get shipped and we still haven't gotten them. I tried calling back 3x this week. Each time has been between 10 and 30 minutes on hold before I hung up. This is bull, Lincare. Do better.Edit to the response... I already spend about 4 hours of the month on the phone with you guys between the wait times and the having to call back numerous times to finally get someone to actually ship my son's order or even put it in the computer. Why would I waste more time to call and complain when nothing will change?

To start this off, if I *could* give them zero or even negative stars, trust me I would. I cannot stand working with this company. I am a full time caregiver living with my grandma who has late stage COPD and early stage kidney cancer. Lincare is supposed to be our supplier for her concentrator and nebulizer supplies and how do I even go about explaining their service... I call and call and call and sit on hold 20-30 minutes at a time until finally on the third or fourth time of calling and waiting on hold they Finally answer and it isn't even the Yorktown office! It goes to a call center somewhere else. They take your order and promise it'll be there within like 5 business days. Sometimes they come, sometimes the order just never even gets sent to the Yorktown office and apparently just gets lost in the call center system. I've had to drive 30 minutes I don't know how many times now to just show up and make them give me what we need. Their deliveries are all messed up, nobody ever checked or called. Now we've got a new delivery guy and it's the total opposite. He started fine, just overly friendly and it has devolved to the point of him calling weekly, and sometimes even randomly showing up at the house without calling ahead, sometimes multiple times a week and it's like he just won't leave. He does his job and proceeds to stand in our living room talking and sharing way to much info for people who are supposed to be clients. Basically we're at the point where the service is so terrible and this delivery driver is so creepy that I am contacting Apria to see if we can get her switched away from Lincare completely.

Pathetic place. Phone calls are never answered. They take 2 empty oxygen bottles, leave 10. My moms house is setting there like a bomb just ready to go off!! This is the Yorktown indiana office!

This place is the worse! My Dr ordered medical equipment for me 2 wks ago & I never got it. Then they called & said it would be delivered today 1-16-2023 haven't received it yet. I called & the guy who answered was very rude & hung up on me??♀️bad business & unprofessional

They tell me my mom’s oxygen delivery is to be bi-weekly on Mondays. Since I started her back on bi-weekly delivery it has not happened on Monday or maybe not Tuesday either. She received an oxygen delivery on December 19th and received 14 tanks her usual delivery. Two weeks later, Monday being a Holiday I expected her to receive her usual bi-weekly delivery on Tuesday. I was told the driver doubled up her delivery on December 19th because her next week for delivery was a holiday. They did not double up on delivery on December 19th. They said she had an oxygen concentrator she could use. First of all she ambulates with a walker at age 88. How is she to use her walker and push a concentrated at the same time? Also remember the concentrator does work unless it is plugged in.They had no intention of delivering her oxygen the week of New Year’s even though all of her 14 tanks are empty. They asked if I wanted them to deliver some tanks on Friday and how many did I want. Are you kidding me!!! Yes I want it delivered and I want all 14 tanks replaced! Their service is completely unacceptable. They told me I could bring the tanks in myself and exchange them. I am not getting paid to do their job! ?????

Just a quick update that nothing has changed with this company. Still have to almost beg to get the services that they are billing for every single month! This review is of the Marion office, not the one listed.
