Troy was very professional. He explained all of his concerns very thoroughly. He went through the house with a lot of detail. I definitely would use him again.

I like the fact that Troy spells out all findings technically in his report, but also that he talks with you in simpler terms about the specifics of his findings, major or minor items, possible remedies, and general condition of the property.

Troy was great to work with, I had a very quick turn around for my inspection request and he was able to accommodate us. He was very responsive, provided great detail in his report as well explained parts of the reports where I had questions.
