I just want to compliment the manager at your store on Kilgore Ave in Yorktown Indiana. We had trouble tracking someone down but when we met with him he was so nice and helpful. We managed to do everything we wanted with his help!!

We have had a storage unit for a couple of years and rent continues to increase. You would think it would be good business to “reward” your loyal customers. We will be cleaning out our storage unit as it is now going up to $186 a month.

I loved this place before it got bought by storage America They have terrible customer service and turnover. Jack the prices up and raise prices constantly. But no one tells you any of that.
