This is a great company, who always regards the customer, as more important than their invoice. In 15 years of dealing with them, I have never been sent an incorrect part and they are always ready to give advice over the phone, which is expert. I have dealt, mostly with Randy and Greg, but everyone in this firm, shares their mantle of expertise.

Filled out the parts request form online with my Rolls Royce VIN #. Parts were in stock and they held them until I was passing through town on my way to Illinois. They were expecting me. Fast, reliable, and courteous service. Earned my business and they are experts!

Mark Albers worked on our 1960 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud II after it had been standing in our garage for more than 4 years with a non-working breaking system. In addition to fixing the breaks, he fixed the heating and cooling (AC) systems, the malfunctioning windshield wiper system, the leaking power steering system, and made many other improvements and upgrades. The car just showed in an impromptu neighborhood car show over the 4th of July weekend and everyone was super impressed with the car. They commented on how beautiful the engine compartment looks. The car handles and drives much better than when we took occupation more than 10 years ago. Overall, Mark did a fantastic job.

Had two experiences with this dealership. In the beginning of 2020 - provided me the wrong sized part. As far as service, in June of 2021 - refused to even identify the issue with the air suspension after I hit a pothole. Mind you, the dealership is about an hour away and it’s the closest one for me. Rude representative in general - “we won’t work on it, it has a history of being in an accident, have a good day, click”. Tell me what’s wrong with it, at least! I can only wish for them to be in the same situation, when they hit a pothole and nobody would help (for paid service, mind you). Perhaps their sales staff is better, but I’ll make sure to never give them my business. There are proper Bentley locations in Chicago you can go to and at least it’s next to a real city

They leased me a Bentayga and didn't tell me the warranty would expire 6 months before the lease is due. So now I have to buy a 1 year warranty for $6K. So shady. When I called and asked about it, they said that it was in the contract that I signed. So I guess I would suggest having your lawyer or someone on your team to that effect to read your lease or purchase agreement before signing it with them. Since they evidently avoid transparency on some key things. Like that your warranty is going to expire 6 months before your lease is due.
