They never answer the phones I have called up to 6 times at once and never gotten a response. And there is no way to leave a voice message. It is very frustrating. If they do finally answer them and you are able to make an appointment they do a good job.

Very helpful. Spent hours on the phone with me to verify my account records and then offered to call the Credit Union that mishandled my funds on my behalf. Some of the potential fees are a little goofy but overall love banking with Chase.

I had an 11:30 AM appt at this bank for a relatively simple transaction and to cash a few bonds. It is now almost 1:00 PM and I am still waiting for them to finish these transactions.
