Extremely slow. Staff comes to the counter or the window with an attitude. Pick any pharmacy but this one, even if you have to go as far as Brownsburg. This CVS will leave you without medications you need and the staff will have a \\\"who cares\\\" attitude about it. They all need to be replaced, pharmacist included. She was the most toxic of them all.

Changed my prescription without telling me so they could charge me 3x as much and won't fix it. A very fraudulent pharmacy.

Kept having doing loops in the parking lot through the drive through waiting for med pick up. Will switch to a different pharmacy going forward.

Haven't been to this CVS in awhile. Have never had problems with service in the past. Tonight as I was doing self check-out; the girl that has been playing around with makeup at a display, got really annoyed when I asked her to help because the transaction wasn't going through and the machine kept loudly beeping. She is still standing around messing with the makeup. I kid you not, she wasn't stocking or anything. Just screwing around. A line starts forming because she isn't behind the counter. Everyone was doing self check-out. I said ma'am can you help. She turned to the gut that was actually working and said without looking at me "help her; I'll get someone on the register." She then slowly walks to the register with an attitude. Lazy employee with an attitude to match.

Called CVS Zionsville IN about my Omnipod. They said couldn't refill until the end of the month. That was 10 days away. Went in & then they said my Medicare B needed to decline and then my plan D would approve. I explained that I was out of pods and had been using them for a while & Medicare did not need to decline. I explained that I'm a type 1 diabetic & I really needed them. She argued with me & wouldn't listen. I got angry & walked away. Went back a few minutes later because I must have them. She was screaming at me & said that I was swearing at her! Whattttt? I NEVER swore & I just needed her to listen, but she wouldn't listen. She just kept yelling and I mean loudly! I only went to CVS cause it's local. I've been ordering thru another pharmacy out of state. Called the the out of state pharmacy the next morning & they said "No problem, we'll overnight them to you." I guess CVS is too busy to care. Had a previous incident where I wanted to use GoodRX rather than my insurance. CVS wouldn't let me. Went to another pharmacy & no problem!

Horrible. Stay awayI did my COVID-19 test there and I was told it would take 5-7 days but most likely it would take 3 days!!!After 5 days of waiting I got a letter on their my “my chart”app, stating now it would take 5 to 10 days.Today is day 9 and still no result.Do I really need the result after possibly 10 day of waiting?It is really worthless to know after 10days, I would not be contagious anymore.Stay away. Go to a hospital and you will find out within 24 hours. St. Vincent of Carmel or Kokomo can get in the same day and you will find out the very next day so you can quarantine or resume your life...

Tried to do the thing where you order online and schedule to come pick it up. They are supposed to bring it to your car. But they never came. So i had to drag my sick kid in the store and wait while they tracked down my order.
