Visited and printed some photos, where I found one red-line in one of the photos (that I believe was due to the faulty printer) & I showed it to the cashier (Jess) but she said nothing.I paid for it and then, I asked her to take passport photos. She brought an old-looking small camera, took the photo & then she asked me pay ($17 for 2 passport photos) which I did, & I was expecting that she will show me the passport photos before printing them (but she didn't) and then after she printed them, the photos were not good, so I asked her to take the passport photos again, but she said we can't refund the money (I didn't even asked for refund).Very disappointed with the poor service, low quality printer, and carelessness toward customers

I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff here. They always treat me with respect and help me to solve any issues if they come up. I transferred from the Meijer pharmacy just due to the availability of one of my meds and have been so impressed I now send all of my medications here.

Seems like the more kind and polite you are at the pharmacy, the more condescending they will be towards you.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They hate their jobs and it shows. I wouldn't use this place if it was the last damn pharmacy in Indiana. Their staff are rude and inconsiderate. Don't call multiple times, because they don't communicate in their office. You talk with someone one day and the next day the other person is completely oblivious. They'll tell you something completely different from what the first representative said. I'll be filling a complaint with their corporate office after posting this review. From the looks of it, other people are not happy with this location either. For someone who occupies valuable business space in Zionsville, you sure are running your company into the ground.

Thank you to the patient, helpful pharmacist and technician who worked us in for covid and flu vaccines when 3 other locations ran out of pfizer covid vaccine. We are very grateful to get this accomplished after all the "online" scheduling did not work.

All their sodas are expired. The code red mtn dews expired 6 months ago. Other drinks are out of date too.

Great CVS and helpful employees. Natalia helped my mom find her CVS discounts. She was very professional, caring and gladly given to help her. It’s awesome to see people care, and take pride in what they do. The other staff was very helpful as well. Thank you!

It’s not possible to give zero stars, but it should be. They were out of the prescription needed and we were assured that it was being transferred to another location to only find out hours later the other location didn’t have it…. Or I should say the other location did but the DOB and name was wrong. It shouldn’t take 10 hours to get a prescription for a sick 5 year old. Very disappointed and will be going to Meijer in Whitestown from now on.

A “pharmacy” employee called me. Asked if she was talking to the right person. I said yes then she just asked for my bday. Didn’t identify herself in anyway. Then told me she was with CVS pharmacy about one of my prescriptions. She then couldn’t even pronounce the name of the medicine and had to spell it for me. Is this normal practice? To cold call a person and not identify yourself before asking personal information, and then not even be able to pronounce the medication name? I had call and text reminders turned off for a reason! This is super shady!New issue with this mess of a place. My dr called me in refills for meds. I get a notice that CVS is working to fill it. Then I go check my app to see if it’s ready and see it’s on hold, so I call. Come to find out the med is out of stock and they can’t refill it and it can’t be transferred so on a Friday I have to try and get my dr to call in another script to another pharmacy or just be without my meds. Super frustrating and not ok to not be notified my med is out of stock!

Twice was called by the pharmacy that my prescriptions were ready. Go to pick them up and they have no clue where they are. Doctor sent over pain meds and they can't fill the prescription again, because now it's on back order even know they called Friday to say it was filled. Instead of being polite about everything, they just rudely hang up on you, and I was talking to the pharmacist.The techs also have to clue about the medications they are even handling.I no longer trust this pharmacy with my medication, since they have no clue about any of the medications and are also extremely rude and hang up on people.

Pharmacy not responsive, waited in drive through for 2.0 minutes, no one even tried to help. Avoid this pharmacy!
