“I stopped by this florist, as I have a few times over the years, except on this particular day, I was sleep deprived, emotional and completely overwhelmed. Someone very close to me, whom I'd been calling my “lucky duck,” was lying in a Neuro ICU bed recovering from a serious brain condition. I thought maybe I could find a stuffed duck or something silly to lighten the heaviness of the situation. I wish I could remember everyone's names, but all three people working that day engaged with me and showed such kindness and thoughtfulness. I was fortunate to find a beautiful glass duck and a fun stuffed animal, and the woman in charge insisted on giving me a small bouquet to enjoy alongside the plants I already had in the hospital room. 🥹 It was such a simple act of kindness during an incredibly difficult time, and it meant more to me than she probably realized. This place has my business for life. The team I met was so kind and caring, and they even asked me to bring my “lucky duck” by for a visit once he's feeling up to it. 💛”

“We hired Bokay Florist for our wedding and they provided greenery and flowers for my hair piece, my bouquet with a lantern, the chairs, tables, wedding arch, and tent poles. We also rented the centerpieces from them. Everything turned out beautifully. They arrived earlier than expected and got right to work setting everything up for us. They decorated my wedding arch, the chairs, and the tent poles for us. They were going to do the tables for us too, but we hadn’t been able to de-wrinkle the tablecloths yet. The employees were so nice and accommodating. They set up the tables without the tablecloths so we could recreate them ourselves once the tablecloths were done. Overall it was such a positive experience, I’ll be using them any time I need flowers in the future.”
