Update
Here for a second time. GCI fabricated me a hydraulic hose in less than 10 mins I was in and out. I stopped at a competitor because it was minutes from my break down location and no one greeted me. So I drove an extra 30 mins to GCI. Thanks again

Without going into specifics these people are extremely ethical in how they do business. We had septic work done and the septic company threw GCI under the bus with an issue. They are fully covering something that they could have skirted the issue as the septic company did. Aaron Cain came out and looked at the problem and went above and beyond in resolving it. Not sure what power I have in making sure they get more business because of their ethical behavior. But I will for certain have nothing to say but fantastic things about this business and Aaron Cain.

I've spent/wasted way too much money on other outfits to try and install a safety device on my truck. I finally drove out to GCI and couldn't be happier. They figured out the problem, fixed it and had it working in 1 hour. I highly recommend GCI and Alex in Indiana. I will be taking all my vehicles to GCI for these installs.

Was driving behind one of their trucks on 465 and a rock fell out of their dump trucks and cracked my windshield and was told “in the state of Indiana once the rocks fall out of the truck they are considered a road hazard and we are not liable.” How are you not liable for something that clearly came out of your truck and caused damage to my vehicle? Own up to damage you caused.
