Kroger Pharmacy at Boone Village is outstanding. Kyle, Pam, and Monica (techextraordiaire) are beyond fantastic. The best customer service anywhere.

The male pharmacist is amazing but the older female pharmacist has no problem injecting research chemicals that have harmed and killed many people go read the VAERS REPORTS if you doubt me But she can refuse a doctors order and she refuses to call my doctor back she is refusing to let me pay cash because then insurance can't track it like I'm some fool who doesn't know what the INSPECT is and like my insurance can't track it which is the whole point of it. So to recap older female pharmacist will pump poison in you refuse doctors orders and decide all on her own that I'm not worthy of care... It's funny I'm so fed up even if it doesn't go anywhere I'm half tempted to spend every penny I have in my IRAs to sue her and Kroger and as long as she can't do this to anyone else I'll be fine with that.

I forgot my card and check out and one of the women had decided to roll her eyes and huff under her breath, and very annoyingly said OK, which made my situation even more stressful, knowing I had just lost my only way of payment.personally I will drive an extra mile just to get products and not go there again. Although one young guy was super sweet and kind and wholesome. he had bleached hair that was long and he was tall. The woman was old and obviously not happy where she worked ...

Smaller store, but always have everything I need. A couple of the cashiers and baggers are just plain awesome young kids with great work ethics. I've been behind a few customers that can be pretty rude to these young kids. But I wouldn't expect much else from Zionsville. Remember: we all started somewhere and should be grateful to see young kids working hard. You are appreciated!!

I don't shop at the grocery but started getting prescriptions filled as they had discount coupons for expensive meds that Walgreens and CVS could not match. My husband and I could not believe not only how the pharmacists here are interested in shopping price for you, but considerate and no wait! Well, rarely no wait. Pam is a standout and so has been everyone we have dealt with. My husband met with his doc last month and he said, yeah, almost every one is better than Walgreens and CVS and grocery stores have been the best kept secret for a while. Anyway, thank you to them. So many lost hours, days, weeks at other places. Please be nice to them so they stay nice. We have to appreciate hard work by being kind. Tell them thank you. We need to do this for each other.

I stop at this Kroger occasionally because it is convenient on my way home from dropping my daughter off at her day program. It is a very small store but clean. I haven't had to interact much with the employees, but the ones I have have been friendly. My biggest complaint is that they don't carry much of a variety of pop or bottled water. Even their own brand of bottled water. It also can be difficult to find items that are in the sales ad in the store. I have found that they don't carry several things that should be easy to find at a Kroger. Like I said, it's convenient, but not for a big shopping trip.

I went to the deli to purchase some food. There was a line and only one young man working the counter. He informed me that he would request some help. He asked "Rita" to come to the front and assist him with customers. She was placing labels on boxes and told him, "Just a minute. Let me finish these." I waited several minutes and she kept doing them. Apparently, it did not occur to her that they would have been there after she helped us. I walked away and left the store. I could not find information for a district manager. I did find a regional address and wrote a letter explaining what happened. I never heard from anyone with the company. I have not returned to that store and it is only a mile from my residence.

I have to wait 20-30 minutes in line everytime I come here. On closer inspection it's obvious why: There is only a pharmacist staffing the place. How can 1 pharmacist run the cash register, fill prescriptions, answer the phone, call providers, call other pharmacies for prescription transfers, and give vaccinations at the same time?I'm sure it works fine when there isn't a line, but it seems like there almost always is a line. What would solve the problem? Well most pharmacies use pharmacy techs to help. Don't lie about a "labor shortage." There is a sign up saying they're hiring pharmacy techs for $13.00 an hour. Are you serious? Why would anyone apply for that position for such low pay. You do realize fast food is hiring at $15 an hour right? Warehouses pay more than that as well. Competitive wage isn't supposed to mean competing for the lowest wage. There is no excuse for this. This Kroger doesn't have a pharmacy tech helping because they don't want one. If they DID want one, they'd offer a reasonable wage. Don't blame COVID-19. Covid didn't force you to offer the lowest wages in town.So when I get upset that Kroger pharmacy is being disrespectful/wasteful to the entire community's time....I'm not angry at the pharmacist doing their best to complete an impossible workload. I'm angry at Kroger for valuing their profit over my time and health.

My rating is for just this one incident. Overall, pretty pleased with their pharmacy. Not sure why it takes over 22 hours to fill a pain medication? I'll just continue to sit here in excruciating pain, while a family member makes there 3rd trip to your pharmacy for this.

I use this Kroger frequently. It is the closest grocery store to my house. It's small but overall I've been happy. The deli is without question the worst part of the store. The staff there is extraordinarily slow and they do not seem to care about assisting customers in a timely manner. If they operated the deli more efficiently I would leave a five star review.

Outstanding Pharmacy and Pharmacist team. Thank you to Pharmacist Kyle who administered the Covid vaccine to my mother in law. Most professional and helpful.

I frequented the Kroger off of Michigan Road until recently. This Kroger is a couple of minutes closer to my house and while it's smaller, I've had a lot better experience (so far) at this one. The layout is a little weird since it used to be a Marsh but they do a good job at keeping the shelves stocked and haven't been out of anything when I needed it. The wait at the deli seems to be on the longer side but I typically don't need anything from the deli so it doesn't impact me. Even though this location is smaller, I usually never have to wait in line. The big issue with the Michigan Road Kroger is the wait time. I plan on continuing to shop at this Kroger location.
