The store itself is fine but the service is horrible! Lines are long because they often have no baggers. I'm usually bagging my large amount of groceries by myself while the line behind me waits. I try to go to Aldi more often now. If I'm going to do the work, I might as well pay less AND not have to wait in a long line.

Today I went to transfer my medication to this location 10679 N Michigan Rd Zionsville, In. 46077. Kroger pharmacy! And I'm so pleased to tell all that the ladies that helped me today made me feel like I was a valued customer that had been filling my prescriptions there for years! Thank you again so very much ladies! :) Thank you KROGER Pharmacy! :) SINCERELY, Peter Gemmiti:)

Racist attitude from the meat department, and the manager doesn't even care a little bit. Will never go there again.

Management should know that Denise and especially Melody are a pleasure to have at the front. Melody checked me out and she was very friendly and was cracking me up from the moment I was in line. Melody seems like she takes pride in her work and has an awesome infectious smile! I see people talking about the selection but to be honest it's some of the better organic produce around that area and priced pretty good. Aldis near by is slacking but super cheap so I understand it's allure. All round value and selection they pull a 3-4, but your ladies at the front pull it to the 5 star.

Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!! I had coupons and it was a probably because it was a line. I would not recommend this store at all. It does not even deserve 1 star. Just horrible

OMG!! The fresh popcorn at this store is better than Garrett's in Chicago. The cheese is fabulous! The cost for a equivalent size to Garrett's classic size is only $3.99 vs. $34.00. So awesome. She was making it fresh when I was there and I had to exercise control. I was there on July 6th. Yummy!

This is a small Kroger and they don't have a huge selection of items. Sometimes it can be hard to find items in stock. What is really odd is that on the day that their sales start, their stock is almost empty of the sale items and the sale just started. The staff seems friendly enough. The store looks clean. This is a convenient location for a quick stop off but you may have trouble finding some items.

Spacious , well lit, clean. Not words I use to describe Kroger usually. In my quest to find convenient clean places for groceries this location popped into my head. This Kroger is in what used to be a Marsh. When Marsh built here the location was one of the more upscale stores. I would call this a more upscale version of Kroger too. We found what we needed and more. My Husband, who has not gone grocery shopping much in the last two years, was surprised how much things have gone up. I do think Kroger is more expensive than Meijer. And definitely more expensive than Aldi. But I can't get name brand Ketchup or Lysol Laundry at Aldi. I need to keep this Kroger on my radar.

The pharmacy is bad . The manager is great, but the lack of communication with the others and even the recordings leave alot to be desired . I was told to pick up my blood pressure medicine after 6:30pm so at 7:10 I arrived and it was closed !!! I told the woman behind the counter I needed my BP Medicine and was never told they were closing at 7 pm. She could've cared less that I needed my medicine ! This really is upsetting . If they'd have only told me they were closing early I would've been there sooner .

EXPIRED EXPIRED EXPIRED!!! Bacon, lunch meat, cheese. All expired over 2 weeks ago yet its right in front in the shelves..Today is 12/20/21. I usually check expiration dates but today I missed a few until i arrived home. Bacon EXPIRED OVER 30 days ago. Seriously check every item. The people who should be removing expired items from shelves do not do their job. This is an on going thing with this kroger. The Managment obviously could not care any less. Your going to make someone sick you lazy people.

Government mask mandate was taken down 4/6 making masks optional. Will never spend another dime at this Kroger location. I will also discourage anyone I know to never return.

This supermarket is super closed to my house. Very convenient for me. I go there shopping all the time. Basically I find all I need there.

Poor customer service ruined my shopping experience. While going through the u-scan lane, 2 posted sales did not populate on the checkout computer. The attendant who came to "help" must have been having a bad morning. She gave my wife and I the third degree over sales they had posted less than 30 feet away. At the point this employee became rude and combative, I walked away and went to my car. Not worth losing my cool over $9. I get that times are rough, and people are just trying to survive. When your job is customer service, provide service to the customer.

Since the beginning of the quarantine my husband and I have bought our groceries at this Kroger. We go at 7am on Sunday, when they open. There are very few other customers there at that time. The store has been fairly well stocked and the employees are competent and friendly. This morning there were more shoppers than usual and only about half were wearing masks. I hope this was an anomaly, if not we will need to find another source for groceries. We are high risk and we enjoy being around people who believe in science and care about others.
