Great store and great staff! We have purchased three mattresses from this location. Two of these were a custom made set for our sailboat, and we were so pleased with service and quality that when we needed a new mattress for home, we didn't shop around but went straight to Long's. I can't see going anywhere else, frankly.

We had a great experience with Long’s mattress. We were able to select an awesome mattress with the help of the staff (West Baden) which was delivered within two weeks. The mattresses are made to order, so they do not keep stock in the store.They were very professional and accommodating. I would recommend buying a mattress from this company. The mattresses are made in Indiana which makes it a plus.we love our new mattress!! Getting a good nights sleep id important.

We purchased a Bowles mattress over 10 years ago for our master bedroom, and have been very pleased with the quality and comfort, so there was no question where to turn when we needed a new mattress for our guest room. This is a product that's made with care right here in Indiana. Doug was very helpful and patient answering my questions, allowing me time to deliberate without pressure. The pricing seems fair and I'm grateful they offer a delivery service that will also take away your old mattress. My only mistake was spontaneously buying a pillow for which I did not ask the price and it was shockingly expensive. Overall, I am still pleased with my purchase.

Just purchased my first mattress ever at Longs, and Doug Basham was my sales associate. As soon as we walked in he made sure to kindly greet my family, and go through the differences in each mattress. Not only was he extremely helpful, but the Bowles mattresses they have to offer are nothing short of top quality. Would highly recommend shopping here if you're looking for a quality mattress, with knowledgeable help. Great experience.
