The service here was horrible today extremely slow, uncaring unresponsive took almost an hour to get some money. The attitude of the associate relationship banker was horrible from the get go.

I want to personally thank Lisa W. at Old National Bank for providing exceptional service in a time when we needed it most. She got the job done and we couldn't be any happier with her team's diligence and desire to help. I highly recommend them for your business needs. We look forward to continuing our business relationship with them.

I am a Big fan of ONB. It comes from trust that was developed 20 years ago when opening an account at the old location. I had relocated to Zionsville and the bank greeted me well when I went to set up accounts. The staff at that time and for many years were fantastic. Unfortunately there was lots of staff turnover and that feeling of being known lessened. I have had great customer service when out of town and feared there was a security issue with my account. I will stay with this bank, I recommend ONB. I am highly satisfied with the services.

Shut my debit card off and when I emailed about it they wanted to play kids games and email back and forth when I specially told them I needed the card back on. They have done it before. Next time stop being lazy and pick up the phone. Then they decided to shut my account down. Ironic how after me telling them off over email they do that. No a good branch. Do not take care of their customers. Just like the big banks its all about what they make. Luckily there are plenty of credit unions that know the value of a customer.

Short + sweet review for this tidy (and handy) Old National Location in Zionsville. True to Zionsville architecture in the historic district, this ONB features a solid and pretty brick facade and minimal signage. I especially enjoyed my visit because there was a ATM laying on the back side and that made it very convenient to slide in, grab some cash, and hop back on the main road. During this particular visit I did not have any interactions with the bank team. Given their handy app and the ATM setup, I left super satisfied.

The bank clerks are very nice and very helpful. I just wish they closed the bank close to me. It was at 56th and Lafayette Rd. But that is ok cause I like to get to know new people. Keep up the good job.

I have been banking here for a couple years as I manage the accounts for a non for profit. They provide free services for non for profits which is great. I like the ability to interact with real people. The manager is knowledgable and helpful. The facility is convenient on the corner of Main Street and Oak in Zionsville. There is not much parking maybe only 6 spaces and those fill quickly. The building is new and lovely. They have a conference room that can be used for small meeting by customers. They also have space for a game of chess or working at a table. I have never used these spaces but been tempted. The interior is lovely and today was decorated for the holidays. You sit at the teller window which I do not like as it takes longer with up and down. The drive thru has three lanes but only one is open when I go. The wait can be considerable if you stop by after work when they are busy. During off time, there is no wait. I like that do not send me a lot of propaganda in the mail. Just my statements and the statements include tiny copy of each check so I can cross check details. All in all, a good place to bank.

Unfortunately, the current branch manager at ONB Zionsville does not understand the importance of providing good customer service. I have been a customer with Old National Bank for many years and have actually been very pleased with the staff they had on Michigan Rd and 106th. Sadly that branch has been shut down. I will look for another ONB branch and hopefully will experience.a better customer service...

Service is good, no issues with their tellers or customer service. However, the issue I have with the Zionsville location is that they're closed saturdays. Heaven forbid we work all week and can't get there that often. Not to mention the sign said we had to go to the Carmel location...because that's convenient. We opened an account here because it's close to our house and work. If I wanted to be inconvenienced when using a bank I would have stayed with my bank back in Fargo!

I visited this location to update my name for my HSA Acoount and make an HSA contribution for the 2017 tax year. The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff were efficient and friendly. I would happily conduct business here in the future.

Started out as a decent bank...now over the years they have went downhill dramatically. Lack in good cuatomer service. Quick to slap you with bank fees, monthly account fee, and atm fees. I cant wait to close my account and start new elsewhere. Good riddance
