The store has all of the standard stuff that you can find at virtually any grocery or liquor store, but at somewhat inflated prices. There really was not very much in the way of higher-end liquor options. The store was clean and well lit, but I didn't want to stay very long because the staff weren't wearing masks, nor were they requiring masks for the customers.

I had not been to this store before and they had a huge selection beyond what your average liquor store has. The staff clerk at the counter had his mask off and was texting the entire time I was at the counter and was not paying attention at all as he processed my order. I was waiting while he finished texting several times. 4-5 stars for selection but 1-2 stars on customer service and covid protocol (today at least).

Son purchased, among other things, a case of Kendall Jackson.......but Chardonnay, not the Grand Reserve Pinot Noir I’d asked for. We discovered the error and were back at the store, receipt and case in hand, not even (literally) 10 minutes later. (Truly, checkout time on receipt shows 20.59. We were standing back in his apartment—AFTER a trip BACK to the store—at 9.21p. You do the math!). Yes, sales are final, but seriously? You’ve never made a mistake? Probably good to befriend the perfect human...but I have no interest in frequenting or supporting such business owners so won’t be returning. I certainly won’t be back. Urge other area patrons to find another liquor store that provides ever-so-elusive customer service.....

Great selection, employees are normally quite kind and helpful. Unfortunately, none of the 3 employees in the store today (Zionsville Brendon Way location) were wearing masks or keeping appropriate distance, so I will no longer be returning to the store and will be encouraging others to stay away as well.

No masks for any of the staff. No hand sanitizer at the checkout...just generally didn't seem to be taking things seriously. Won't be returning until the pandemic is over.
