I can not thank them enough. They got me in quick and completed with in a week and a half. They did every thing perfectly my car looks brand new. Destiny and Chris made the process so easy when it came to insurance. They explained how it all to me. The techs did amazing work. I'm not lying when I said my car looks brand new. Lastly the ladies in the front stayed in contact with me to keep me updated on the progress every couple of days. I recommend you go right to them for your repairs! Thank you all for every thing!

I usually don’t do reviews but this is one of the best the collision places around if not, the BEST. After being in a previous accident I went to Maaco first to get it done, when I should’ve went here. Maaco ruined my car and Performance Collision Center fixed it all and was nice enough to help me get to a reasonable cost for the damages. I have been to a few collision places before and this one beats them all with their customer service as well. Lindsey was able to help me throughout the whole process as I called several times to have them update me on the car. They have progressive in the center as well which made the process much smoother. Communication was simple and easy. And I will be taking all my cars here in the future. Thanks for everything.

My review is low based on several factors. I have 30 years mechanic experience. I can tell the difference between a good or bad door gap. How well the color was blended between new and old paint, and so on. Our SUV was hit by semi. Not once did the body shop ask what the vehicle went thru in the accident. I had to tell them. They only fixed what they could see. They still missed several major issues. Took it back once for 2 weeks to fix rear axle shaft. We are already at $25,000, I am not taking it back to to this shop. You know the definition if insanity, and expecting a different outcome! Now here is a bad vibration at any highway speed. This is most likely due to damage the front wheel bearing suffered from hitting the curb. I know its damage because i could feel it in the bearing while spinning it by hand. Our Erie insurance agent told us that any wheel that gets hit automatically gets a new wheel bearing. Neither party, insurance or body shop involved did a good job. So as you would go down and read the reviews about this body shop, be attentive to responses like great customer service and friendly.. that does not fix a car properly! You want statements like, I was asked if I was satisfied that the paint matched or a written report that completed vehicle was driven at all speeds and nothing was found defective.

I would recommend this collision repair shop to all car enthusiasts in Indy! Their professional team fixed my car under OEM procedures in only a month. They kept me re-assured & updated with informative communication, it felt like you could reach out to them at any time during business hours as their call line waiting time is next to negligible. Moreover, their shop is conveniently a minute from U.S Route 421, which is only an exit from IN 465 in Zionsville, IN! They work with reputable insurance providers like Progressive and are also located walking distance from Enterprise rent a car! Thanks a lot for making the whole process so smooth & efficient!

Walked in off the street after a bucket of some white substance was dropped & splashed on the side of my car. Workers stopped to help & removed the material. I went in asking how best I could remove & they took it on themselves to help.

Getting into a wreck is one of my worst nightmares, and when it happened I was beyond relieved when someone recommended this place to me. Rather youre driving something domestic or foreign, a daily driver or your weekend wagon look not further for body work/collision specialist. Abby was incredibly helpful getting me checked in and was completely transparent about what to expect, and what to do. She has a wealth of knowledge, she was incredibly personable, and made me feel at ease when I brought my family “heirloom” in to get an estimate. Everyone else I talked with Lindsey and Raylynn, were also incredibly kind and helpful too!
Seriously, if you care about your car, expect professionalism, and want to have your car handled with care/fixed right, look no further and call these folks today!

I had just purchased my X5 BMW and within a month was ran off the road. Within 2 days I had my car at Performance Collision Center for an estimate. They repaired my car and it looks like new. Car has been in the shop almost three months with wildly inaccurate time estimates for completion. I certainly realize things come up and delays happen, but right now this is a full month beyond the first time they said it would be done. Unacceptable in every way

Took our 2017 Ford Explorer here. Had a fantastic experience. Techs went above and beyond in repairing our vehicle. It was like the crash never happened. Very nice and great customer service. Will be our preferred body shop for life.

Let me began by stating I was very happy with the bodywork completed, however, my vehicle ran very quietly when I dropped off for repairs, however, 13-15 days later I attempt picking up my vehicle and it ran very loud and it did not when dropped off. I have been extremely disturbed, angry and unhappy with the response. I will never do business here or a Pierson Ford again.
