I hate to leave a negative review because of one employee, but now I have to pay additional money to have my package sent elsewhere. Every UPS Store that I've ever had packages shipped to charges a $5 fee for customers who don't have a mailbox. This has never been an issue at any other store. I received a notification that my package was delivered yesterday so I stopped in today and this portly, long-haired fellow with a poor attitude informed me that he intentionally shipped my package back to the sender because I don't have a UPS mailbox. Admittedly, I haven't had problems with any other employees at this location; only this one rude person in particular who always has an unfriendly attitude toward me. Needless to say, I won't be using this store going forward.

The employees of this store act like you are a nuisance. No “thank you” or “have a good day”. Customer service is awful.

Arrived at store to discuss a lost package. Was told by employee Hayden, to call customer service. Even though the employee was wearing the UPS uniform and UPS name tag, he stated he was not a representative of UPS. He was unable to access any information regarding home deliveries due to security issues.

Workers are not friendly. They make you feel like a burden when you go in. It's a small place and provide good service.

We just moved from NJ to Zionsville. This store has been the go to store and wanted to say the response that I got from the store. These employees working in the store behave so good to each one of the customers. Customer satisfaction is very important for them. Wish all stores have these kind of employees for the store to grow. Extremely satisfied and a big salute to their hard work , knowledge on the service , Commitment and customer service.

I went to this store as I appreciate the friendly service. The package was going to cost more than I had anticipated, the very nice gentleman offered me the AARP discount (if I qualified) , I was so thankful for his kindness to make that offer available to me. That is customer service!

The best customer service I’ve ever received at a UPS store! Or maybe anywhere! No matter how many returns I have, all with separate receipts, the gentleman who opens the store in the mornings is so patient, helpful, and friendly.

Was cut off by an employee and told that what I was there for wouldn't be available for several days; nothing more specific. A sign stating they weren't offering service would have prevented this review
