Some people dread the post office, but I Have been there two times now and have received excellent help!! Both times I was greeted by smiling faces that wanted to make sure I got everything I needed done!! I was shipping packages both times and I just could not be more happy with how helpful and nice the team was. Where I used to dread having to ship stuff, I now look forward to it because they just make it so easy!

The bald attendant was extremely rude. Berated me for standing in line rather than using the kiosk. I was not rude to him. If I want to hand a package worth $200 to a human being, he can politely do the job my tax dollars pay him to do.

Our carrier from this location is awful. On many occasions my mail and packages are marked as delivered yet I never received them. I’ve had to hunt down my packages and we receive other peoples mail and packages. This latest time an expensive package is missing yet marked delivered and still have not been able to get anything helpful from the office besides “there’s not much we can do”. Super frustrating and terrible customer service.

The office is great but our carrier has been horrible lately. 3 times in the last 2 weeks, our mail has ended up somewhere else and we’ve gotten others mail. Yesterday, I was supposed to have 2 packages delivered. It says they were, but not to my house. I got a notification of delivery, but again, not to my house. Now I have to go hunting. Again.

Nice people but need updated technology. Heads up: they do not have a stamp machine so if you need to send a lot be prepared to spend hours applying stamps by hand or go to another location in Indy.

Friendly and efficient staff. Plus, my carrier, Sara, is awesome! I run a small business from home, and recently have had to ship dozens of packages daily. I have used their pickup service almost everyday, and have also dropped off packages at the post office. Very happy with the service, and I truly appreciate these folks' hard work.

This post office is the closest to my house so it's the primary one I use. I've used it to submit documentation for a new passport and have purchased stamps a few times. Today, I needed a few books of stamps and went around 1:30. The parking lot is already a little awkward and pretty small but there's construction on Oak Street so navigating was more difficult than usual. They have trash cans set up with signs to remind people to stand 6 feet apart due to covid. You stand behind a trash can and move up to the next trash can as the line continues to move. There was only one person working the counter but I didn't wait too long. I was able to put the stamps on my mail and drop it in a box that sits at the exit of the parking lot.

I would give management (Paul) a 5 and my carrier a 3. Paul went out of his way to deliver packages that my carrier said were undeliverable. So my question is, if the USPS makes a lucrative contract with Amazon, are they paying their people who are supposed to pick up the slack enough to cover the additional work? Thank you, Paul, for the outstanding service! Post Master General... make sure your people are on board before you make a deal with the Amazon devil.

I went to ship a larger package and got misquoted the price that I got the day before (mistakes happen, I understand). When I was obviously confused why the price was very different, the older man working became very rude (he was already grumpy acting to begin with). Instead of waiting for me to decide if I still wanted priority, he just started taling the tape off. He was just overall belittling in the way he interacted with me. I'm just going to always go to the Whitestown location. People are friendly there, at least.
