Do not go to this store. I have used authorized reseller locations before but this was awful. Went in with my elderly mother to help her upgrade her phone. We could get a free iPhone but could pay the sales tax, pay $150 to have them transfer info for us and handle the upgrade, or pay $230 to do those and included a case a liquid screen cover. As soon as we declined those the person we dealt with was outwardly rude and ignored us multiple times. Then didn’t tell us he added Verizon protect to her account where it added $17 a month to her line. We have Apple care so this is unnecessary. The only reason I know it happened is because I got an email saying it was added and he would not help me remove it, I had to go in and remove it. Horrible experience.

Store manager, Robert, was extremely helpful and patient when I called. He answered all of my questions, and made me feel good about switching to Verizon after 20 years with the competition.

This store far exceeded all expectations of the formally stressful new phone buying experience and provided the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Joel made me feel relaxed and taken care of the moment I walked through the door and set my family and I up with new phones just in time for the holidays. I’ll definitely be coming here for upgrades in the future.

My boyfriend and I went to Verizon to leave two separate plans (one from another carrier) and combine on to one Verizon account. We worked with Robert who ordered our phones and made the initial visit very fast. While there ended up being some issues with our order Robert was quick to communicate and keep us updated on the phone shipment being postponed. While in store, he was incredibly personable and made the whole experience as easy as possible. When there were issues on Verizon’s and getting our service transferred he handled it quickly and professionally all while making sure we were comfortable and kept up to date on the process. Overall, we had an enjoyable experience at Verizon thanks to Robert and look forward to working with him in the future.

Robert and his team were INCREDIBLE!! We had to switch two lines from separate accounts to a new account and they made the transition seamless.What could have been a nightmare was easy for Robert and his team. Don't sleep on this Verizon store!
