I am not one who usually writes reviews, but I am compelled to share my awful experience with this location. I needed five calendars printed for family members. I only printed one first to make sure everything looked okay. It's a good thing I did because the cover photo and January photo had been switched. I took the calendar back and explained the error. They reprinted the calendar, and the cover looked fine. Well, once I got home, I discovered that a word had been omitted from the text I wrote from the month of April. I don't know how that happened, especially since the text on the previous calendar was fine. I was running out of time (and patience), so I ordered the four remaining calendars from another Walgreens with NO PROBLEMS. I decided to call the Zionsville location to let them know what happened. The manager I spoke to on the phone was very apologetic and told me to bring in my receipt for a refund. He explained the calendar couldn't be reprinted because their machine blew up. Well, I went in tonight, and another manager was so rude. Instead of simply issuing my refund, she went into an "explanation" about how it wasn't their fault that the calendar was wrong. I calmly explained that I sent the exact same file to another Walgreens with no problems. She then issued the refund and took back the calendar. I asked her what she was going to do with it, and she said they would shred it. I had another issue with a calendar once, and I was given the messed up calendar and the corrected one. It's one thing if you're worried about inventory issues, but it was the way she explained the situation to me. It was as if I was deaf and stupid, and I am neither. I will never again visit this Walgreens location. Please save yourself some trouble. If you have any photo needs, please go to another location.

I have several medications that I get filled every month and at one point all of my medications were picked up at the same time. Due to the unprofessionalism of the pharmacy department my medications are so thrown off that I was picking one up every week or two, so they were no longer in sync My biggest issue with the pharmacy here is that the preference by the staff is to use the app because it's easier for me and for them, but all it does is create a hassle for me. If the app had worked, then that would be great and I think there's some disconnect between the apps and their system that they see in the pharmacy. I always request my medication to be delivered to me and I pre-pay on the app and I always select deliver to me and I confirm my address and my payment method. Every single time I have requested my medication to be filled through the app and delivered to my home. It never does get delivered. I always have to call the pharmacy and ask them if they know when my medication will be ready to ship and they said that it is not scheduled to be shipped. After dealing with the shenanigans for two years, I finally gave up and I moved over to CVS pharmacy. Already they have all of my information, all of my medications, and they have them all synced up together to be picked up at once. I wish I would've switch sooner because Walgreens is just absolutely awful in the pharmacy department here. If you need regular medications, I definitely do not recommend the pharmacy. Maybe better for a "every now and then" prescription, but the excuse that I always get is that they don't keep my medication in stock and that is why I end up going through my stock of my medication and then I'm left without medication for anywhere between three days to two weeks just because they can't plan ahead. Again, I definitely do not recommend for those who have regular prescriptions to be picked up on a monthly basis because this place is horrible and the customer service is not great either.

Horrible experience here. Every time I come in I have issues with the coupons on my app and no one is willing to help. They stand around and act like they don't know what to do. Avoid this place.

AVOID THIS PHARMACY. My son needed his antibiotics filled. We called in twice and still not ready. Two days later I walk in and find out that they have NO pharmacist or store manager - for the PAST MONTH (only "floaters" reportedly). How they have the audacity to keep running and NOT tell their patients that they are not operating safely is beyond reasoning. At least have the decency to let people know that you cannot fill their prescriptions so they can send them to another pharmacy that can! Completely unprofessional.

By far the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. I have been suffering from a horrible tooth ache and my dentist generously called me in something till I could see them in office. I had called them a total of 4 times and had been on hold for a total of an hour and a half with ZERO help or anyone answering my question as to where my prescription was at. Then I showed up in store and waited in line another hour. DO NOT use this pharmacy. Incredibly understaffed or have zero urgency. I wish I could give them no stars.

AVOID this pharmacy. We have constantly had issues with getting our prescriptions - from what I can tell, this is a horrendously managed store. Today was the final straw - I made an appt to have a covid vaccine booster. I drove the 10-minute drive to the location only to see a sign by the pharmacy that said they were out of the vaccine! Gee, how about a text or call next time?? I felt bad for the 8+ people waiting in line at the pharmacy. Either hire more people or just CLOSE!!! I spoke with a clerk and they clearly did not care.

They might as well close this Walgreens. The help is unable to assist with the smallest task. They choose to close at any time without warning. They do not commit to their appointments. Other than steal the good air we breathe, these workers are good for nothing. I'll never be back. Worthless!!!

Absolutely awful. I have been really trying to be patient over the last six months or so but things keep going downhill and not getting better. Many people I know have moved their prescriptions to other pharmacies and I'm about to do the same thing. The prescriptions are never ready, I don't get phone calls when prescriptions are ready and then they restock them and then I have to wait again, or I've been flat out told they don't have my prescription on file. (They actually did have it on file and my doctor had to directly call them). Today I went into the pharmacy and waited in line to find out they in fact did not have my prescription even started. I asked to wait in store and she told me it would not be ready any time soon and that I would have to come back at closing time. Since when can you not wait for a prescription to be filled? She told me she was busy helping the drive-through and wouldn't have time. So frustrating.

Store has had "system issues" for days. Today they are open but cash only... and couldn't let me pick up my photos that were paid for online because they can't verify they were paid for.... The correct thing would have been to apologize and give the photos...instead I got a "have a nice day"

Super nice pharmacists but they must be always understaffed. I have given this pharmacy a few chances now. Our insurance gives us better prices here but I may just start paying more for our medicine. Don't go through the drive-thru unless you have 20+ minutes. Even if you are the only car. So slow. No urgency. Nice, Just not hard workers.

I've gotten pretty much all of my photos, cards, etc printed here since the store opened. I always make my designs and order photos through their website and pick them up and pay in store. I designed and picked up Christmas cards along with additional prints today all for under $20 (with envelopes). I can always find great coupon codes online and I find their website very user friendly. Same day pickup is a life saver! Staff is always nice and helpful. I don't tend to come here for any goods besides photos but the store seems clean and well stocked and organized. Much more spacious and bright compared to the CVS across the street.

I love this store! I go in quite a bit, it's always clean and everything is always stocked :)
