If the pharmacy is supposed to open at 8:00 am, then the pharmacy should be open at 8:00 am. People have things to do.

Very slow service in the pharmacy.Used them once again. Feb 24. Waiting over 28 hours for 3 pills for gout. Really.

If I could give a zero I would do it right away The ladies at the registered didn’t know about the Walgreens cash reward program One was contradicting the other one. The older lady with the glasses was being very loud trying to get her point across I left with No purchase due to lack of customer service skills nor sympathy Terrible Zionsville location. Someone needs to keep check of the staff. Emily is abusive to customers and fellow staff. I tried to be nice but I think someone needs to interview her. She needs help.

They would get 0 stars from me If I could. I have never experienced a worse pharmacy than this one. The workforce is unable to offer adequate customer service and is not equipped with the necessary skills or knowledge.

Unfortunately I can't give 0I have never been treated the way I was today. I did not get their names but they were awful. One was the older guy and the other was female. I know places are hard up for employees but come on. If you can't put sale tags on the correct items, please don't blame me and act as though I'm putting you out. Do better Walgreens

Absolutely disappointed in the way the two employees treated me this morning while picking up a photo canvas order (of which isn't cheap!) she did not open the canvas prior to my payment for me to see, I opened it up in the parking lot to find a dot right on the center of my face as if it didn't get ink there.. walked back inside and asked for a reprint but I needed it ASAP, the one called the supposed manager over- she literally said "I don't know what you want me to do about it I can't reprint it right now" with which I responded can you reprint it and let me gift this one and bring it back when the other is ready- she turned her back to me and started talking to the other female and the cashier said "what do you want her to do cause we have lots of order ahead of this" I closed up the canvas box and walked out telling them that I've never been so disrespected when a photo order hasn't been right for them to brush it off instead of being professional about an answer... not to mention the "managers" already attitude when walking into the store. Disappointed in this store.. never again.

Never coming back! Emily had the worst customer service ever. I wanted to do a return on an item I had just bought because I misunderstood the sale. When I asked to return the item she made a facial expression to show she was clearly bothered. I told her she did not need to make that expression. She tries to return it but meanwhile with an attitude she says “I just want to go home!” After this experience, trust me I did too. The other employees weren’t around to hear this though some customers heard her behavior. 4:00pm Thursday December 15th.

I am not one who usually writes reviews, but I am compelled to share my awful experience with this location. I needed five calendars printed for family members. I only printed one first to make sure everything looked okay. It's a good thing I did because the cover photo and January photo had been switched. I took the calendar back and explained the error. They reprinted the calendar, and the cover looked fine. Well, once I got home, I discovered that a word had been omitted from the text I wrote from the month of April. I don't know how that happened, especially since the text on the previous calendar was fine. I was running out of time (and patience), so I ordered the four remaining calendars from another Walgreens with NO PROBLEMS. I decided to call the Zionsville location to let them know what happened.The manager I spoke to on the phone was very apologetic and told me to bring in my receipt for a refund. He explained the calendar couldn't be reprinted because their machine blew up. Well, I went in tonight, and another manager was so rude. Instead of simply issuing my refund, she went into an "explanation" about how it wasn't their fault that the calendar was wrong. I calmly explained that I sent the exact same file to another Walgreens with no problems. She then issued the refund and took back the calendar. I asked her what she was going to do with it, and she said they would shred it. I had another issue with a calendar once, and I was given the messed up calendar and the corrected one. It's one thing if you're worried about inventory issues, but it was the way she explained the situation to me. It was as if I was deaf and stupid, and I am neither. I will never again visit this Walgreens location. Please save yourself some trouble. If you have any photo needs, please go to another location.

I have several medications that I get filled every month and at one point all of my medications were picked up at the same time. Due to the unprofessionalism of the pharmacy department my medications are so thrown off that I was picking one up every week or two, so they were no longer in sync My biggest issue with the pharmacy here is that the preference by the staff is to use the app because it's easier for me and for them, but all it does is create a hassle for me. If the app had worked, then that would be great and I think there's some disconnect between the apps and their system that they see in the pharmacy. I always request my medication to be delivered to me and I pre-pay on the app and I always select deliver to me and I confirm my address and my payment method. Every single time I have requested my medication to be filled through the app and delivered to my home. It never does get delivered. I always have to call the pharmacy and ask them if they know when my medication will be ready to ship and they said that it is not scheduled to be shipped. After dealing with the shenanigans for two years, I finally gave up and I moved over to CVS pharmacy. Already they have all of my information, all of my medications, and they have them all synced up together to be picked up at once. I wish I would've switch sooner because Walgreens is just absolutely awful in the pharmacy department here. If you need regular medications, I definitely do not recommend the pharmacy. Maybe better for a "every now and then" prescription, but the excuse that I always get is that they don't keep my medication in stock and that is why I end up going through my stock of my medication and then I'm left without medication for anywhere between three days to two weeks just because they can't plan ahead. Again, I definitely do not recommend for those who have regular prescriptions to be picked up on a monthly basis because this place is horrible and the customer service is not great either.
