Store manager should be fired. Employee at customer service doesn’t know or doesn’t have code to login western union. One employee at customer service did nothing, she was probably lazy or didn’t want to do it.

They are a western union but I can’t cash a western union money order there?!?!?! That makes zero sense!!!
