Nice because it’s a Casey’s but not enough chicken strips for $6 and garbage cans outside the front door were overflowing. Pretty gross. Also, they were slow so it’s not like they didn’t have time to replace them.

Someone hacked my Casey’s account and placed an order for 2 large pizzas at this location. I live in Clive Iowa so there is no reason I would make an order for this location. I called and spoke to someone and said my name and asked if they had an order under my name just now and the lady said yes. I said that’s not me, I live in Clive, please don’t make this order it’s not the right person. She said “thanks” 2 times and then proceeded to hang up on me. I contacted Casey’s support and let them know. No help from that location, no okay I won’t give it to them, no nothing. Pretty sad.

Quick stop on Monday at 9 am. Busy location and well staffed. Spouse says the women's restroom was okay, but, unfortunately the men's was not. Small (1 toilet, 1 urinal) space. Not clean and smelly. The ceiling fan was so thick with lint, it's a wonder if it could pull any air at all. Trash was empty, certainly because the towel dispenser was also empty.
I would recommend the parking lot get hosed off or power washed - so many spills of oil/ pop/ food/ other (e.g. - bird carcass) - that it was like walking on fly paper. I get it though. Busy place, lots of cars and traffic, probably limits access to do so.
Kicker today was the employee that had had so many stains on the front of his shirt, that you would think his breakfast spilled all over him! Or does he not do his laundry but once a month and this was his cleanest choice when he came to work this morning?!

Although I enjoy the food, what makes this location a winner is the women who work there. I bring in my little poodle Princess regularly as I am currently living locally. The wonderful "women of Casey's" never hesitate in their friendliness and kindness, always greeting me, and asking about my pup on the rare occurrence she isn't with me. I think chains such as Casey's should recognize the power of truly STELLAR customer service, when you feel welcomed and appreciated, this will keep you coming back - frankly, I look forward to it! ❤️?Thank you, from "Prin & Jen"

Seems like an older facility but an ok spot for a quick stop. The bathroom was not very clean but I have seen worse. I imagine in a popular high traffic location that is good for business but more challenging to keep a small bathroom.

Back in October 2015 the very friendly people let me sleep in my car on the side by the dumpsters for a few hours while the blizzard came through. Next morning lots of cars in ditches at least 10+ from there to Nebraska border. Of course I bought a soda and snacks.

My friends and I stopped here to use the bathroom and to get some snack as we were traveling to Minnesota and needed to take a break from driving. While I was paying for my selections I told the women behind the counter that I loved the gnome that was sitting there and that we actually had a traveling gnome with us. She proceeded to pick the gnome up, gave him to me and said "Well now you have two!" Made our vacation even better than it already was!

What a pleasant first-time experience.Dee was very polite and showed me how to work the coffee machines along with being helpful in finding anything else I needed to start my day.We were traveling through and will definitely stop in again if we pass through.

We had a very slow gas pump that gave us a receipt and charged us for 21.983 Gallons for our 20 gallon tank. We reported it to the store and got no reaction from the cashier.Restrooms were clean. Very disappointed. This is a regular stop for food at the Chuckwagon Restaurant and gas on our way to and from Nebraska. We will know to go to Kum and Go across the street next time.

I can't tell you enough about the crew here. Miss Stacy has a very spectacular team. My wife Rose and I travel for work. We haven't cane across a Caseys we are sorry to not visit again until we net this store. From Miss Stacy to the lady's making my lunch ( hi Miss Dee) she always lit up my wife's day. We are so happy we net this site with if people. They all need raises.

EXTREMELY DIRTY! Trash is overflowing outside,inside, and the bathroom. Pee stains all around the men's toilet and garbage on the floor. I was going to get some food for the road but decided against it not knowing how dirty the food prep area was. Absolutely disgusting. Come on caseys!

I didn't plan on a review but I noticed him and wanted to say..... Good job.It's refreshing to see the gentleman come out the store with a bag of trash to take to the trash bin. Instead of doing just that, he's sat the bag down and picked up all the trash in the close surrounding area then took it all to the bin. I appreciatethe extra.
