Scheduled an appointment with them 5 days ahead of time and had a very hard time getting a hold of anyone then. All our calls went right to voicemail. Once we were able to make an appointment, we confirmed it 2 days before the appointment time.On the day of the appointment, my husband took time off work to be there and they never showed. No phone call for delay of service and no return phone call. We tried calling and straight to voicemail for another 2 days.We finally gave up and found a new plumber. Disappointing because they came HIGHLY recommended by a neighbor, and other community members. Sadly, we will not be giving the same recommendation. VERY disappointed our local option didn't work.

Very unhappy with our experience. We had a no call, no show even with reconfirming our appointment just a couple days before. They have been impossible to get a hold of as every time we call it just goes straight to voicemail. I'm unsure the point of having a phone if no one is around to answer when needed. I left multiple messages and still never got a call back. They came highly praised by our neighbors, and many other people, but definitely won't be from me. Shame.

When our air conditioning failed, a couple HVAC companies immediately recommended a new furnace and AC based on the age of the units. Baldon visited and started out by explaining clearly how they would diagnose the problem and costs involved. In about 90 minutes they isolated the problem, replaced the failed parts, and then explained how they verified each part and that all was running well afterward. The final bill was fair and less than 5% of the cost of a new furnace and AC.In short, Baldon fixed our AC less than 24 hours after we called them and saved me from spending a lot of money on a new furnace and air conditioner. I've used them for plumbing in previous years and found their service to be professional and excellent quality.Service: A/C system repair

A few weeks ago, we called Baldon Plumbing and Heating to get a free estimate on how much it would cost us to fix a broken furnace. The tech was in our house for half an hour and told us that the blower motor needed to be replaced and possibly a couple of other things, like the module or circuit board. Because the diagnoses was vague.... he couldn't tell us what had happened to the furnace in the first place, we called Triple A Home services. They told us exactly what caused the problem and that we needed a new furnace. Triple A took us through the physical evidence and showed us why. To our surprise, today we got an invoice from Baldon. When my husband called to talk to the owner about why we owed this amount he was treated extremely rudely and unprofessionally. This is an unnerving experience and we will be filing a grievance with the Better Business Bureau and absolutely will not recommend this company to anyone. Skip the shady service, surprise invoice and horrible customer service and call Triple A Home Services instead. THEY were professionals.

I've had multiple experiences, some good, and some horrible ones. Recently he did couple no-shows on appointments scheduled. When confronted about the no shows, he then reversed the responsibility on me, the client, saying that it was my fault for not calling to remind him of the appointment. After a job he did 3 weeks ago to fix my water heater, the water heater does not work. Now after waiting about a week he told me, rudely, "that we should go find another plumber". We did not appreciate the animosity shown after we've given him chances to prove himself. So, after giving him these chances, yes we found another plumber who was willing to show up.Services: Install thermostat

He was okay. He "forgot" to come on the day when he planned, so it was another day of being miserable without A/C. It shouldn't be the responsibility of the client to have to call and remind him of appointments. He chewed out my mom for doing the same thing (when she addressed his tardiness). I think he is good at what he does, but when business picks up, I would advise that he use a calendar. If you need something that isn't urgent, but looked at in time, sure go with him, but if you need something fixed right away, I would contact someone else.Service: A/C system maintenance

These guys are terrible. Full disclosure not a primary customer but my in-laws has a 25yt+ dallas county business that these guys treated terrible and then did not even show up for the service call after a water heater failed shortly after service then blamed it on the customer. Stay far away from this business. Crazy think is they have at least 100 people a day come in their business and they will tell everyone they see about Baldon being terrible. Owner laughed at my mother in law and is a straight up A-hole. Seriously run away all.
