Imagine a cute little store where someone carefully curated all the cutest things from auctions & estate sales—Pyrex bowls, flour sifters, salt & pepper shakers, framed art, croquet sets, etc. I’m so thrilled with the adorable things I picked up at The Copper Sparrow last week. As pictured: yummy smelling summer melon goat’s milk soap, pink measuring spoons, antique pink strawberry glass salt & pepper shakers, and tin sign in the shape of Iowa. The place is well-appointed & outfitted with the original ceiling, but not overstuffed or junky in any way. A place like this is long overdue in Union County. It’s worth a monthly visit to see what kind of treasures they’ve acquired. I can’t wait to visit again.”
