A few weeks ago I bought my 2022 Toyota Tacoma from Karren at Albia Ford. She provided some of the most friendly and laid back sales service I have ever encountered. Karren was extremely knowledgeable about my truck, the previous owner, ( only put 21,000 miles on it ) and made me feel welcome during the experience. At the beginning of the transaction I let her know i was not going to purchase extras. She was just fine with that and never pressured me to do so.I have purchased many vehicles in my life from many dealers, including Harley Davidson, Arctic Cat ATV's, Jeep, Chevy, Dodge and a few used autos. This was the best experience ever, largely due to Karren, Thomas (general manager) and Jason (finance manager). All of them were professional, warm, and friendly. I really liked this team. I would not hesitate to send friends and loved ones to see them and buy a vehicle from Albia Ford. I am a fan for life. Thanks Karren, Jason and Thomas.

Jason Weinberg was amazing. Old car broke down and we were just trying to find something soon. Jason was able to get us an amazing interest rates and incentives. He was super sweet and has amazing customer service. Would definitely recommend.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Everyone treated me like a human rather than like a walking credit score. I enjoyed the atmosphere and I appreciated everyone's sense of humor as well. I cannot say thank you enough for not just the way I was treated (valued and welcome) but also for listening and understanding when working out finances. Overall, great vibes and outstanding customer service!

Buyers BEWARE!!! We are extremely disappointed in this dealership. We drove 3 hours, took time off from work, and our son took a day off from college to look at a vehicle that was listed for $18,872 on their website. When it came time discuss the purchase agreement, the sales manager added three additional items he said they added to every vehicle. This amounted to an additional $3,000+ to the vehicle price. He stated the charges could not be removed because they’d already done the work on vehicle. Expect to add at least $3,000 to any price they have listed on their website. This is a very deceptive business practice and we absolutely do not recommend this dealership for any vehicle purchases. We would welcome a call from the dealership owner to help us understand this practice.

I would avoid if possible. Financing they do a pretty good job, but that’s about it. I called interested in a vehicle, was told they’d call back….days later I called again. Told they would leave a message for a salesman to call back, still no response. Finally, called and was dealing with Jason who then informed me of issues on the vehicle I was interested in and recommended a different one, sent me a video, and provided pretty great service. Fast forward we go to look at the vehicle and then find out that whatever they have a vehicle listed for add about 2,000$ because they do add ons (liner spray & pulsing brake light). I test drive the vehicle, bring it back, and battery is dead. They did replace it. We buy the vehicle, sign all the paperwork except for the title due to it apparently not being there yet. The following Monday I receive a phone call from the dealership wanting me to come back and sign the title because they screwed up and had the title in the office the whole time. Long story short they figured it out to where I didn’t have to drive the hour back to sign the title. I recently noticed the brake light is not pulsing (that they charge 400$ to put in whether you want it or not) I call and talk to Thomas. (Apparently a Manager) He told me he would contact the tech immediately and get back to me on fixing it within 48hrs. Called the dealership 48hrs later because of course had not heard back. I am then told Thomas isn’t there and the person I’m speaking with has no idea what I’m talking about so he takes my name and number and leaves a message for Thomas. Now, 72hrs from initial contact STILL no response.

I recommend Albia Ford to everyone!! My experience was nothing like I’ve ever received before. They were super fast at getting my car in and done…no waiting for hours like I have done at other places!! They were all very friendly, and took the time to introduce themselves to me, and treated me like family…not just a customer!! As a matter of fact, I was so impressed by this place, I told them I wish I could work there!! Two weeks later, I accepted a job there, and now I am a proud member of the Albia Ford team!!

Had a great experience buying a car from this dealer. I needed to buy a car for my wife and I couldn't be there due to a injury I have. They went above and beyond to support me and give we as much info I needed to make a good buying decision while not being present. Thomas and Jason helped me through the transaction and they did an amazing job! Thanks guys for the support and positive influence while I deal with this injury. ?

Bought a 2008 F250 sight unseen by the word of their salesman Tucker which sent me a video of it stating this was mechanically sound, with no issues. The add which i found it on also stated it had a 6 month 6,000 mile warranty, they did not honor. Upon delivery it would not stay running and we could barely get it off the trailer. Took it to the local mechanic to tell me it needed $4,500 worth of repairs. Contacted Jason at Albia Ford and they said there is nothing they can do. This is by far the worst customer experience i have ever had. I purposely bought from what i thought was a reputable dealer to avoid this situation. I completely agree with the last review that these people are dishonest and would get zero stars if i could! This place SUCKS!

We bought a used vehicle the sale of the vehicle was nice and smooth. Then the trouble started, We had waited weeks for our plates and called and called with the run around Dmv was called several times to see if they had received any paper work answer was nope. So i knew a girl in the Dmv who called them directly and was finally able to have it sent through e-mal. She was told were behind on paper work thiers always an excuse. This also went on with the check I wrote for the vehicle hadn't been cashed in weeks as well. I called with no response so I called a week later come to find out they lost it. Had to stop check and issue a new one. Then they eventually find the check and no communication that they had cashed a new one and tried casing it. I have bought plenty of vehicles in the past and this was the worst!! I would not recommend this dealer ship and they should probably not be in business. I also want to contact the better business bureau. THEY ARE NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR!

Bought a car after being recommended by a friend to this dealership. Never again will I ever step foot on this dealership. Had a hell of a time getting the title for the 04 silverado that I bought and promises were made but promises were not kept.
