“We used Quality Auto for our brand new car. Went in for a quote after going through a construction site having small rocks and cement hitting the car in the construction site. They gave us a quote. We contacted the road construction manager, and their insurance covered the cost of the damage. They communicated with our rental car service as well making sure the rental service knew when they would be done with the work on our car. Quality Auto was amazing with their service and with the beautiful work they did on our car! We highly recommend Quality Auto. Kind customer service and wonderful communication. I was ready to leave my insurance company after many years of coverage because of how difficult they were being regarding my repairs. Dale from Ream took on my insurance company with grace, style, and persistent patience. In the end... Dale and Ream put a smile on my face and got me mobile again. “I brought my 2004 e500 4Matic Mercedes here looking for help with a parasitic draw that repeatedly drained my battery. A couple days later when they got to the car they found the issue immediately. I was quoted the price for the fix with OEM parts and it was very reasonable but I choose to just grab the car with a faulty module unplugged. My final price was so good I decided to tip a shop for the first time ever.When I first dropped my car off I talked to the owner for 30 mins about cars and then he gave me a full tour and showed me his collection. Very cool guy! If you’re into classic European cars or Formula one history this is the place to go! I highly recommend bringing your Mercedes, bmw, Audis, etc here”
