The truck was exactly what I was looking for — practically brand new, barely any miles, runs great, and had all the features and add-ons that I wanted. He took the time to go over everything with me, from the price and mileage to what came with the truck and which features were actually worth having based on what I need and what I do for work.
Since this was my first time buying a vehicle on my own and my first time taking out a loan, I had a lot of questions. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood everything and what each option actually does. More importantly, he helped me understand what I actually needed versus what I didn’t need, instead of just trying to sell me things.
I never felt pressured or like I was being talked into something I didn’t need. He genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable with my decision and that I was getting a truck that was right for me. I ended up with an awesome truck at a really good deal, and I’m extremely happy with it.
I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. He’s knowledgeable, patient, honest, and actually takes the time to make sure his customers understand what they’re getting. “I recently moved back to Cedar Rapids and noted a scraping noise under my Corolla chassis when traveling over bumpy roadways. Peeking under the vehicle, there was a large component hanging down which turned out to be a splash shield (who knew?). Having purchased the Corolla at Cedar Rapids Toyota back in 2009 and subsequently serviced at this location, I gave the service department a call and brought in the vehicle for repair. Erick did an excellent job getting me taken care of and the repair was completed the same day for a small charge. A leaking tire valve stem was also replaced which stopped the tire pressure warning light from appearing on the vehicle dashboard. Thanks for the great service.”

“I had my car in for a tiny dent and some scratches. They were able to fix the dent. They did forget a couple scratches but it was easily missed because of the rain but I brought it back and they are able to take care of me right away. Great customer service! I would return.”

“There is nothing better than a trusted shop. Many shops like to take advantage of women. The communication was excellent. Kelly and McKenzie made my wait time excellent with conversation (too much on my side, for sure). My issue was from my last repair at my Florida shop (love them too) and it is under warranty.
They could have fixed it but it can make it back to get the warranty work done. I have put so much into this truck that it was a nice break from another costly repair. I'm finding that shops, started by men, whos mom was taken advantage of when they were younger, are the most honest. Thank you all for your help! I see why so many women recommended you on the fb post that drove me to you. I will be back and will tell everyone I can.”

“Very rarely do I take the time to write a review but these guys deserve it. Their pricing, customer service, and their warranty ALL were top notch. I won't hesitate to give them more business or recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their car, in the future. If you are interested, here is the back story. My sons 2009 Honda civic was having issues starting and an intelligent guess was that it was the starter (yes we had the battery checked). But we always seemed to be able to eventually get it to turn over and then it would work for 2-3 weeks without out issue. 6 months later, (when everything else in my life seemed to want to break) it finally died, and I mean nothing, but a strong click happened. Would have replaced it on my own BUT Honda decided to hide it up underneath in an impossible place. Honestly, the car needed to be lifted WAY up to get to it. So, I reluctantly called around for quotes. First couple calls scared the bejesus out of me. ie; $$$$, other places wouldn't even give me a quote over the phone, told me to bring it in (and this is AFTER I told them the car wouldn't start...) eventually I found Automotive Service Evolution. After explaining my issue to them and what WAS happening, there was enough confidence to at least go with the notion that it was the starter. The quote (Half of most places), the conversation and the reviews online gave me the confidence to give them a go. I had the car towed their (thank you State Farm emergency roadside service plan!), they worked on the car on the scheduled day, paid the quoted price, and car works as promised.”
“Our experience with McGrath Ford's service center was excellent. A part our Ford Escape needed was a recall and the service center got us on the schedule and the needed part in less than a week. Josh provided an easy to understand explanation and video of what went wrong with our vehicle and was excellent to communicate with.”

Due to a slight rush of customers my oil change took a bit longer than normal and the staff apologized for the extra wait time.”

Was expecting to be hit with the usual extra charges (unforseen issues, bolts breaking, rusty lines, adding time to the estimate) and although they ran into a couple problems they honored their estimate. They are trustworthy and the truck drives great again.”

He got almost all OEM parts price matched with what insurance would cover, and worked with me to order a used OEM fender that could not be price matched and was not available new from the manufacturer.
