“Worked on my 2005 Tacoma. Super quick, professional, and honest. Was expecting to be hit with the usual extra charges (unforseen issues, bolts breaking, rusty lines, adding time to the estimate) and although they ran into a couple problems they honored their estimate. They are trustworthy and the truck drives great again.”

“Generally good experiences servicing my VW, though communication needs improvement. On my last visit, I was told 4 hours. At the five hour point, when I had heard nothing, I called and couldn’t reach anyone in service for an update. Gave up and got a ride to the service office in person, and my car was done. No notification until the next business day when I clearly had already picked it up. Everyone was nice, but my expectations weren’t managed. Courtesy drivers were fantastic!”

Jordan was my most recent salesman and he has been excellent in finding us options and taking care of any of our needs. I particularly enjoy that these salesmen will make it feel like home while you're working with them, even played games with my kiddo. The service department has always been helpful in warranty information or how to get an issue fixed as well as working around my schedule.”

“We were in need of getting our 2 service vans caught up on some regular maintenance. We've used this business before with our small engine needs and personal vehicles as well.
Bryan was able to take care of both vans and get them ready for the coming miles ahead. He even gave the vans a bath before we picked them up as well.

Because auto repair is Matt's part-time occupation, he isn’t always available during regular daytime hours. However, what he lacks in daytime availability, he more than makes up for with his fairness, exceptional follow-through, and complete willingness to make things right.
We used to take our vehicles to local, big-name automotive shops, but now we exclusively trust Matt. Having that trusted personal connection makes us feel confident that every service is genuinely necessary and fairly priced. We highly recommend him!”

“I cannot say enough about how great the service was. I got sideswiped by a semi truck that morning and it ruined my trailer tire. After picking up two new tires, I drove to Linn Co-op to see if they could put them on for me (Linn was recommended by another tire shop in town because they couldn’t get me in until the afternoon). Not only did they drop what they were doing to put the tires on, they didn’t even charge me for doing so. His response “You’ve had a bad enough day already, I am not going to charge you.” If I am ever in town again, they will definitely get my business.”
“Excellent service! The climate controls were sticking on my heater/air conditioner to the point where I couldn't turn the knobs to adjust any of the settings. My mechanic suggested I take my car to H&S and I'm glad I did! They were very honest with me and got the controls fixed at a price I could afford. “I purchased a vehicle from a local Cedar Rapids Auto dealer and the dealer advertised they had Corridor Transmission rebuild the transmission in it and that it had a 3 year 36,000 mile transferable warranty on it, I asked the dealer for the paper work to prove it, they sent me to Brian at Corridor Transmission and sure enough he printed off a new warranty sheet showing me as the owner with the 3 year 36,000 mile warranty.
Great customer service and who transfers a warranty now a days, these people really stand behind their product and service!”
