Casey's is a place that many locals love. The food is described as amazing and great, with fantastic service from a friendly and supportive staff. Many customers report receiving amazing customer service and are patient when delays happen. However, mistakes can occur, like orders being wrong or food overbaked, leading to disappointment. Some former employees note the store can be extremely busy and understaffed, making some nights rough and near impossible for the workers. They feel the store needs more people working and should be treated better by corporate. While some customers have had very bad experiences and will not return, others call this location simply the best.
Had a hard time getting our credit cards to work. Went east and stopped at another one. Didnt have an issue. Caseys are usually reliable. Wisf we had them in Ohio.
