“Jay, Jack, Terrell and everyone at Jack’s is the staple for what customer service should look like. There are not enough words that can express how I feel about the staff and service Jack’s provides our community. All I can say is that there should be a Jack’s in every city and state in this country!!!
My wife’s van started to shake violently while she was on the way to take our oldest to his therapy appointment. It happened around 2:30 in the afternoon on Friday. We had her van back the following Monday completely repaired and back in action.
