I’ve been going to Cali Nails since I was in 4th grade, I’m a freshman in college now. I have always been a regular and a loyal customer. The past year I can’t even get in for a fill because my phone calls are never answered. Very disappointed that the nail place I’ve gone to for so long can’t appreciate my business! I can stop in and ask and still get denied. Very upsetting when I’ve spent endless amounts to get my nails done over these past years!Services: Acrylic nails

I have had my nails done a couple of times. First time it was a little rushed and she was a little rude but it came out really good. Second time it was worse. I had a cute summer design and she only did the palm tree on one nail instead of two (per hand) l get it, no one is into doing small designs but that’s what I pay you to do. She was still rude. This time, I scheduled an appointment for my friend and I to get our nails done but there was some kind of misunderstanding over the phone along with her being rude but she only put one person down so I let my friend get hers done. Honestly as nice as the nails come out I don’t recommend going here. But that is also my experience. I’ve also noticed that she’s super nice to the people she knows instead of everyone as a whole.Services: Nail art

Did not enjoy my visit here, I felt uncomfortable the couple that works there was arguing about appointments and answering the phone because they were both busy. And it's cash only which they didn't let me know when I made an appointment.

i called the company and scheldued my appt for my daughter at 4:30 for her spring fling. and when we got there we were told her appt was at 4 and now she can’t get them done. she was looking forward to getting her nails done for this party and now thanks to cali nails they won’t be :) so make sure to really stress what time your appt is over the phone otherwise she’ll scheldue someone else when your appt is.
