Worst place to go. We were lied to about a promotion, lied to about the costs of our phones, lied to about pretty much everything!!
Had to call verizon themselves to attempt to fix it all.
DON'T recommend EVER going to the Algona store!!!

another victim of taylor and fraudulent sales practices. he said he was a manager and did not receive commissions and then misquoted the entire interaction. he is not mgmt btw and is a liar. now on the hook for a bill 3 times what was told and having lots of issues getting it straightened out over phone. submitted complaint to victra as was indicated in response to other reviews about getting ripped off by taylor and nothing happened. said theyd call back and did not call back. mgmt then lied about earlier stating theyd call back, now say they were only going to call me if they needed anything additional. guess they have all they need with taylors big commission and my new fraudulent billing amount. recommend you avoid this store and shop online to avoid fraud.
