I have gone to Kluiters several times now to get basic services on my vehicle and they have always been super kind and helpful. This last time when dropping off my car the night before I accidentally locked my keys in my car. Triple A was taking ages to get someone out, and the next morning Kluiters called and helped me get the car unlocked so I could cancel the ridiculous triple a fiasco. They have always treated me wonderfully and their prices are more then fair! I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Dallas was very responsive and helpful to resolve an issue with my car that occurred on my way to Allison from Cedar Falls. He went above and beyond to make my car drivable until he obtained parts. Then worked to complete the repair at my convenience when I returned to Allison. I am so grateful for him making a challenging situation go smoothly.
