“I bought a 2020 RZR XP Pro Ultimate. Jason and Jason work very well together. They found the color I wanted but it was better to order it from the factory. They pre-ordered all my accessories and even some that they knew I would want, so they could have them ready to install as soon as I got there. This approach helped with any back orders. They emailed me when it was ready to pick up. I like the way Jason quotes prices on spreadsheet form and emails it to you, so it's all laid out and clear. I felt I got a fair price. These guys are your normal Joes that are easy to talk to and will carry on a conversation with you. Great customer service! I would recommend this place to others.”
“Very knowledgeable about trailers and hitches. I purchased the B &W stow and go hitch. Really nice hitch. Also, it is American made...not China. In addition I have towytector rock guard and thus hitch works with it. The guys at North Truck Lake are great. Robert”

“Needed a bolt for my 92 sonoma. Went everywhere but Arnold's until today. They didnt have one but the guy (assuming the manager) wrote down the type and size for me and told me where to find one. From now on ill be going to Arnold motor supply because there are competent people that work here. Everywhere else told me it was a special type of bolt I needed to get from a dealership and even the dealership couldn't help me. Thanks guys!!”

“From the very beginning upon reaching out to Edwards Storm Lake, they did a great job. I inquired about a 2024 GMC Acadia AT4 in transit per the GMC build website. I reached out and Caleb contacted me right away in the morning. This was the closets dealership (3 hrs away, one way) i could find with an AT4 optioned the way we wanted it that wasn't spoken for. We worked remotely with a lot of communication on trying to make deal on trading in my 2017 Acadia Denali in on the new AT4, which eventually we did make. Upon arrival, i was greeted at the door. Caleb got right now to it and was ready to go. He also walked me through a lot of new features of this vehicles system. As we walked around, Caleb pointed out before i did all the water spots on the rear hatch. I didn't say anything and he had the detail shop back out there, making sure the car was spotless for my delivery. Fuel tank was full for my 3 hr trip back home. Extremely pleased with the service they provided. One of my top 3 experiences at a dealership as I have purchased many GM vehicles at different dealerships over the years.
