Ridiculous customer service! I just called to cancel my unit as I have just moved everything out. I mentioned to the old lady who answered the phone(Karen?), that there was mouse p*** on my stuff. And it was disgusting. It is believed that humans can get sick with this virus if they breathe in contaminated dust from mice nests or droppings.
