If Jeff is the one working, turn around and walk out and go somewhere else. Went to transfer data from old phone to new, and he deleted everything on old phone that wasn’t in cloud by “accident”. He said he didn’t realize what phone he had in his hand when he went to clear it. Lost a lot of sentimental pictures and videos that can never be recovered now. Then he proceeded to do nothing to make it right. Fought me for two days, wouldn’t give me the phone back to try and get it to someone who could help, no attempts for anything. Finally talked to his supervisor and she said “take the phone and do what you need to” unfortunately, nothing was recovered still, but I just wanted an attempt. All he would tell me was “sorry”. There’s better people that won’t be so careless with your processions.

Very disappointed in the service received. I was told that my phone bill would be less than when I was with Verizon (this was a lie, it's been at least double every month). This location has had a revolving door of management and every single one of them has told me different things in regard to plans and phone/upgrade options. I would definitely not recommend AT&T to anyone. I will be going back to Verizon as soon as I can, and I would recommend staying away from this company.

Jessica (the new store manager) and Angie (an associate in training) provided great customer service while the store was actually very busy. Definitely using this store again for their service.

Came in due to my phone not working properly However after multiple attempts could not get it to run so store manager offer to stay past close and upgrade my phone, she was awesome did everything she could.

Let me tell ya...The best customer service I've ever had... The Manager and Dennis did me a huge favor...I got caught in a bad place with my phone and I feel they went above the expectations to do an amazing job...I really do appreciate all your help...thanks

I have been taking my person served to this AT&T because the two staff Kaylee and another Gentleman (not sure his name but he’s younger) work great with individuals with disabilities. They’ve been so helpful with getting phones and accounts set up. I’ll only take them to this store because the day staff genuinely help and do not get annoyed with us. On my personal runs to this store I have had mixed feelings about my interactions with workers. One of the staff was very hard to follow when he was talking to me. I had to ask my question a few times to actually get my answer. So that was a bit frustrating especially since I was upgrading my phone.

Completely incompetent! They add things to the sale without explaining or sharing what was added or what it’s for until you receive your bill. If you add a line through the 1800# and you go to the store and they offer you a new phone number and phone for a great deal, have them cancel your other line first! If they tell you that you can just call to cancel, you can, but the promo they sold you on won’t be honored anymore. Or you can just pay for the line for the next 90 days and then cancel. The reps need to do all of that for you and not just half@$$ it!!! They only worry about how they are going to make a sale. I’m disgusted by all of the AT&T reps and their managers!!!!

I was assisted by Kade and Angela with my iPhone 14 purchase. They were both helpful, conversational, and knowledgeable about the products in the store. They made sure I was comfortable with my new device and that everything transferred properly before I left the store. I highly suggest working with either of them if you stop by. Kade also made sure my partner was getting the best price on our plan.
