Zero customer service. Wasn’t welcomed when entered the store. Grabbed a couple bags of cookies that had a sales ad buy one get one for a dollar. Mix & match. Once rung up didn’t get the sale price then showed the lady where I got them. She said sale was ended and didn’t offer to honor the sales tag just kinda blew it off with no sorry or anything so I left and went out of my way to KwikStar. Won’t recommend or go back

Oder breakfast through app be ready at 5:15am (earliest I can get) in town traveling for work go in early. Out of 2 weeks here and store has never opened on time when I stopped. My food was sitting on prep table not even being kept warm and kitchen employee couldn’t find it when I showed up- I could see it sitting there next to a large stack of cash. Completely unattended in middle of prep table!! Upon my most recent visit I tried to pay at pump to get fuel going on 5:30am and the pumps weren’t even turned on yet. Store was still dark 2 employee vehicles parked right outside the front doors though the canopy lights were on over the pumps. After the pumps were turned on, I was getting fuel finally, 5 vehicles pulled into parking lot and drove through as no in store lights or building lights were turned on. Think I will be finding a different store on my way to work. The only reason I patronize Casey’s is bcz of rewards program and how much I travel though I would prefer the food and availability of warmer food at other franchises.

My fiancee came to this Casey’s at 5:10am and the female opener of this store didn’t unlock doors and was snooty thru the door to my fiancee saying we r not even opening yet you open at 5 not 5:30 not 6! 5am if that’s how ur management or workers are all the time that is unprofessional and will loose yah business

Had two pizzas delivered to our hotel room. Food was good and delivered in a reasonable amount of time.

The people are great..But I walked in at noon on a Tue, there was no food in the warmers..The kitchen was all cleaned up too, no sight of anything even being prepared...very unhappy

Pizza is stale and cheese is hard as a rock. Girl with long brown hair making pizzas was sick and coughing. This is the first and only Caseys that has had such disgusting pizza. For nearly $70 worth, we expected it to be at least edible. Wont return to this store.
