I have been locked out of my account 2xs in 3 weeks once over Veterans 4 day holiday (Really?!). Mt daughter is a Vet and doesn't get 4 days off! I was not notified either tome and ALWAYS on the weekend. 1st time cost me 100s of dollars and moving!! This time can't buy food, register for class due by today. Cant speak to a English speaking human in America, and they are robotic in their answers and refuse to give branch number. I am livid and done!!! I am disabled and can't just hop in car and go to office to fix it

My debit card has been used 4xs in 2 months. I just had a new one 1 week ago, it was used, got a new card this tues( its Friday now) and it already has a block on it!

Missing payments from my online account (2nd time). Phones are down, can't contact anyone, and there is no notice on website or FB page. Members have to pay 5% to turn coins into bills or deposit them. Literally a bank (credit union/whatever) that doesn't take a cash deposit. Good luck.

I had 4 fraudulent charges on 3 different accounts. Some of the charges where in the same month. I had to go into the store countless times before I got what I needed. I have had my account for 11 years. I don't know what happened but I felt my money is no longer safe at the credit union so I'm leaving.

It has been a struggle to get a qualified individual to talk with me. I originally went through them for the ease of using an app to pay my truck loan...that was a joke from the start ...took my money to Veridian . They also talked me into a credit card , then they switched apps with the credit card and I have not been able to pay my credit bill because the app doesn't work and I have not been able to talk to a intelligent person to help me fix the issue . Terrible experience so far . Will be taking my money somewhere else !

Really good customer service. But I will be looking for a new bank. This is the first bank I've ever been a part of that charges me money to transfer my money from savings to checking when I've run out of money in my checking. UNBanking my behind!
