WARNING!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered parts. They said they would call when come in and didn't. A guy bought my item as is and I called them, told them to just return the parts and they screwed me $400 for restocking fee when it wasn't my fault. I have called this place to talk to the manager and corporate but no one will call me back. I would pay higher price and go somewhere else to get better service.

Worst service ever we had our four car truck in service took a week they missed things on the estimate brought the truck back to get it corrected then they found more issues and took another week they are no longer 24 hours and cannot keep up don't waste your time.Just an update I did give them one more chance and the same results they said they could get the truck done and they didn't they are completely disorganized so obviously your talk with Management did nothing

Damion in service has gone above & beyond all expectations in helping me.what a great person he is, my reservoir tank exploded due to a bad head gasket blowing me off the steer tire and destroying my hip.he helped me get it towed and loaded everything out of my truck into a rental car for me.I was so impressed with truck center companies I sold them my glider.

They work mostly on fleet trucks so don't give them a blank check to fix something that you didn't know was wrong. They charged me $400 labor to install a crankcase breather sensor that wasn't bad then they charged me $1400 the next day to replace the rest of the breather assembly. It went in for DPF filters and they did that job quickly and for the most part the price that they quoted before I dropped it off.

This place is gonna cost a arm and leg for a small issue. For cleaning doser valve, they charged over $1000, which I can do it under 30 mins under $20. Wish you luck if you ever get your truck serviced or repaired here.

Broke down on a Saturday. Matt was courteous friendly professional. ?Earliest they they could get me in was Tuesday. They were able to look at my truck Monday evening. ?Parts were expected on Friday. Fuel rail kit.Part is back ordered. No ETA on repairs.Not the shops fault but frustrating.Mechanics and staff are friendly and professional . Thanks for the ride to the motel.

I've been to a number of Truck Center Company locations in the country. My latest stop at the Des Moines IA location for a small repair was a terrific experience. Despite the usual long lines of trucks that need to get in at most shops, this one was able to work me in when I arrived in the evening and get me out within a few hours. That enabled me to make my delivery on time the next day, and be home for Easter. Everybody from the service advisor to the technician, supervisor and cashier were thoroughly professional and efficient. I couldn't be happier with the Freightliner service I received in Des Moines. Many thanks from a happy driver!

be careful double checked. If it's under warranty, it leaves you with a surprise. however I'd like to think they didn't do it on purpose. I personally think that I will never reach them again

The worst Shop i ve ever been & Stay Away…!!!My DEF light started to blink so i got towed here due to speed governed down to 5mph (Tow:1012$) (on Tuesday)Shop updated the software, replaced a bolt and did a regen.They charged 750$ and told me it was fixed. (On Wednesday)After leaving the shop, same problem repeated itself after 236miles.Came back to the shop (Thursday) and they said:“We think its the outer Nox sensor so we ordered it. And it will be here tmrw”Next day (Friday) i went back to the shop and learned that they did not order the part.!!!They said: “ ohh idk why they said the part was ordered but nope it was not so it will be tmrw which is Sat”Part came late and they closed at 15:30 so since they were closed on Sundays than we wait again…Today is Monday and service guy called and told me that Nox sensor arrived but now they forgot to order the Nox sensor Connector.!I thought he was joking for a second but nope!They really did it and now i have to wait till tmrw…I literally spent 1 whole week for them to even order a simple part! They cant even order a part god sake!Btw they were gonna change only one of the sensors even tho they usually have to change both at the same time so i told them to go ahead and change the other one which they already had in stock.This place is just pure horror and disaster.!If you have lots of time and money to waste than this is the best place for you.!I called and emailed aprx 8 different departments at Freightliner HQs to file formal complaints about this location.This management needs to be wiped clean and rehired all again with some decent workers asap.!

Called in so see if they could replace a turbo on an ISX Cummins anywhere else your looking at a 4 hour job they quoted me 10-15 hours to swap turbos. I wouldn't trust this shop.

Very good service. I had a water pump leaking so they advised me very professional. Thank you Jeff Weber you did an amazing job, and thanks to the mechanic guys who quickly discover the problem and fixed it with no waste of time. They work with the warranty too so I didn’t pay anything (saving money). I highly recommend you guys to come to this shop. Now I am ready to make money.Service: Transmission

Never answer the phone in parts! This is the 3rd time I've been driving through Des Moines wanting a part and can't get anyone to answer.. I'll just take my business elsewhere. **just saw the response. I'll give it a try next time. Will update accordingly.

They fixed what Ryder couldnt after 3 tries and all was going well till it broke down in Madison Wisconsin due to a clamp failure. Not sure if its their fault for screwing up the clamp or just a bad clamp. It was a nightmare getting back and I still have to get back there to pick it up.
