I had a very good experience having my hair permed today. The person who permed my hair was Katie. She was a lot of fun and I enjoyed my visit.

The lady who cut my hair was in a hurry. She was watching the time - close to 5. Didn't even blow the hair from my back- I had a lot of cuttings when I went out and didn't like my hair. I still have her a tip but will never come back in this location.

Brought my son in to get a cut was told they close at 4pm the lady was rude when wanting to leave early and that there was a 45min wait this was around 245pm when we walked in. The stylist clearly doesn't enjoy her job. When asked how we wanted the cut she became rude asking if anything else special needed done. All around employees were rude and clearly not wanting to do business.

London did such an amazing job with my very difficult head of hair today!!! Very professional, patient, and skilled with thick, curly, matted hair. Highly recommend!!! The price was only because it took two hours and I have very long, thick, curly hair. Thank you London and Great Clips for all of your help today! Looked and felt like a new lady leaving the salon! 🥰🤗

I had an appointment with Jennifer on May 3, 2024 and she was awesome! I was in town for a wedding and wanted a beach wave and she exceeded my expectations! I was very impressed with her and loved my hair style. I live in Surprise, AZ and did a practice beach wave style at a Great Clips near me. I was disappointed in the high pricing on my practice style in Surprise but this Altoona location was $30.00 cheaper and Jennifer did an excellent job! Thanks Jennifer!

The last that cut my hair was very polite and inviting, solid mid fade for the price. Just wish I could get a straight edge from this place but I understand it's not a barber shop. Clean facility, I was lucky and the stylist had just come in and cut my hair. I would suggest to reserve your spot online as there was not a wait in the lobby but I was on a list behind the online people.
