Customers find it a favorite store with desirable purses and wallets, often available at a discount. However, some items may not last long, with reports of a purse breaking after three months, though the store replaced it. For some, this leads to a recommendation for a different brand for longer-lasting products. Still, many find the experience worth it for the joy of a new item.
