Needed a room after knoxville, iowa races that was close by and reasonably priced. Used once before. Decent price ($95) for Wednesday with all local motels full with race crowd. Good large clean room, but couldn't get A/C temperature warm enough. Was at 66. Trying turning to 71, but still cool room overnight.

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a hotel. I will give them the benefit of the doubt the girl behind the front counter at least tried to find me a room that I was comfortable with but it was like it didn't matter something was wrong. First room had no light to come on in the bathroom. Second room I walked in and smelt the mildew smell so I. Checked the air conditioner and it had black mold in it. The third room I went to smelt, like mildew and had black mold in the air vent. The fourth room that we finally went to was. Okay, it didn't smell like mildew. The light worked in the bathroom so I could at least see to take a shower. But the light did not work in the sink area. And throughout the night the toilet stopped working proper Worse place I've ever stayed. I won't stay again. And to think of the price they charged for this room, they should be giving me a refund.

Motel is a dump, plain and simple. Transient people living on site year around. Leaking pipe in hallway ceiling with a bucket on floor to catch dripping, broken ceramic tile in lobby area (tripping hazard), outside garbage cans overflowing, floor rot in bathroom between shower and toilet resulting in spongy floor and laminate flooring busted, vertical window blind rod broken off and missing.

Having connections for the TV built into the front of the credenza is a great idea (useless to me since I haven't turned on a hotel TV in months, but if my kids were with me it would be great) pool is out of service.
This place has a great location and they take comchek as a form of payment.
Bathroom is super tiny
The staff is real nice

Room smelled very musty. Tiny bathroom, no coffee maker in the room, the sheet was either dirty or just badly stained. Desperately in need of a updating. The location was ideal.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a good-sized mini fridge and microwave—great value for the low price. It's also pet friendly and has a nice-sized pool. However, the rest of the hotel is pretty run down, and there’s no elevator, which could be a downside for some guests.

First off for $185 this place sucks. Room 212 let's see here. The a/c doesn't blow cold air. I've been in this African heatwave for the last week straight so I was looking forward to the a/c. Yeah not so much. I had to go down and get my fan out of my truck. The beds also suck. Uncomfortable as hell. I wouldn't even consider this a pillow at all. $185 for ONE night. Motel 6! I didn't choose this place, my other half did and I told him I pick the next one because this motel is a damn janky rip off. I am disappointed with the whole damn thing. I couldn't understand nor hear the guy at the front desk. And got an immediate extra $50 charge for what exactly I guess I'll never know. Guess the best thing I can say is that the room is clean. Ice machine is broke tho. $185 a night

I mean it's Motel 6 it is cheap it is all right for the price of Motel 6 in Jordan. Creek way better

This place sucks. Zero amenities. No microwave, mini fidge. Room smells bad like musky. Ask for towels and pillows. He gave me none and argued with me about getting more.

Been there for 3 Days manager knocking on my door at midnight saying I didn't pay for the day calling me a liar want me to vacate then he finds out it was his employees mistake that didn't put me in the computer that I stayed another day I'll be called a liar

The room was actually very clean, nice, and remodeled. The room was also very quiet. Curb appeal awful. Burned out RV in back with people walking on the roof. Group of shady guys working on an old car in the parking lot. Parking lot needs cleaned up bad.
