Such a nice location and overall great experience. Staff was so super sweet and helpful. Sale was amazing and they had everything and more of all the brands I use. I have two detection dogs and they are on a mix of Open Farm and Honest Kitchen. This store has both brands and on sale and even carried a variety of treats from both brands I didn't even know existed. The staff loved meeting my pups and helping them pick toys. It was a great visit.

I would give 0 stars if that was possible. They sold us two sick guinea pigs and did not seem to care at all. They are not knowledgeable with the animals. They told us when we took one back into them since they said they would take them to the vet within two weeks, that she was puking. Guinea pigs do not puke. Poor customer service and poor care taking of the animals. Do not buy from this pet store.

A-! Since their opening day! Top notch cleanliness, friendliness, great prices! Sometimes you just can't even compare...cheaper than Wmart. At the very front of the store they have an ID station to make your tags. Their tags are WAY better than PetSmart, and less costly. Weighted, deeply engraved (not etched) 4 lines, $10. They have a do-it-yourself bathing station, you just purchase a single wash or a 5 punch card from the cashier. Aprons, towels, soaps, conditioners and even a blow dryer is in each stall. The stalls are different heights for different sized breeds. Quite handy to have my Frenchie at counter height for his shower instead of me being being on the bathroom floor hunched over. Each stall also has a pinch n slide collar to keep your Fido from being crazy and hurting himself. I can only attest to Dog related items, TONS. Collars, leashes and toys. All within budget. Dog treats, help yourself bins, low calorie training treats...this store really has it all, without having to be the size of Texas. Variety of good quality dog food, whether you want the grains or grain free, they have it! I HAVE to rank a 4 Star only because of the dead fish. There are just always so many dead fish.

It's a pet supply store that a four-legged customer barks about! Cats, dogs...they are welcome here. My visit today started with a loud welcoming bark from a black lab shopping with its owner. Long aisles offer several options for fur friend's well being, nutrition, fun and embellishment. They carry aquatic supplies, winged companion supplies and even ferret, hamstern gerbil, etc supplies. A dog wash station makes bath time less mess at YOUR house with a fee that can include a blow dry. If they don't have something, ASK! Staff here seem genuinely interested in helping your animal friend. In fact, staff perks up when your friend enters the store and greetings are extended to them as well as you.
