Brooke was amazing. First she walked me through my surgery procedure with pictures of what took place. Then explained the exercise required to strengthen my arm and hand. She is very patient and very positive. She really cares about her clients.

They are doing a great job working my knee after my replacement and have a variety of exercises and solid alternatives if something proves overly difficult. Melanie gives great advice, motivation and conversation which helps distract from the discomfort some of the exercises require in order to reach my needed range of motion. Very friendly and helpful.
