We arrived at 7pm for 2 walk in haircuts for myself and my son. There was 1 other customer already being served. It was an hour until close but they said they could only do 1 of our haircuts. That wasn’t ideal but we agreed. We decided to do my son’s cut since they could only do 1. It honestly feels like they did the bare minimum so they could get us out of there and go home. The haircut itself is really poor. My son’s hair had not been cut for quite some time and was almost to his shoulders in the back. They did not taper or layer his hair anywhere that I can tell. They cut a straight line across the back of his neck, leaving all the bulk of his hair protruding from the back and sides of his head. I’ve marked it in resin the included photos. The hair around his ears was also a single diagonal cut it appears, with the hair on his right ear falling much higher than the left ear. The hair still comes halfway down his left ear. I don’t feel like I’m exaggerating when I say it looks like a botched home haircut. If they felt they did not have time for the cut, I would have rather them turned us away than cut it so poorly and thoughtlessly. My son is 11 and really enjoys getting haircuts, but he’s quite disappointed with the results and feeling self conscious. I will now be taking him elsewhere to get it fixed and cut appropriately.

Nice people, quality haircut. Easy to make online appointment with the stylist I prefer. Jean is awesome! Also really nice that this Supercuts doesn't have a revolving door of stylists. I like seeing the same faces.

So pleased with my hair cut. I lost my hair and after it grew back i went to get it cut and they were so nice and it ended up so cute. Feels so good to get a hair cut again!

The woman that cut my hair I think her name is Jean she did a terrific job I'm going to get a hold of her maybe today or tomorrow and see if she can trim it up for me maybe cut it a little bit shorter she did an excellent job she gets five Platinum stars for me
