“The facility is clean and very well managed. They have thought of everything when designing this building. I especially like the fact that you can drive in an unload your moving truck. The people there are very friendly and make you feel at home. I would recommend this facility to anyone that is needing to store their items. You can rest easy knowing that they care as much for your items being stored as you do.”

“Penske was extremely helpful with assisting me in my reservation for a truck rental. We needed a 12 feet truck to move. Luckily they now have updated 2022 modelVans big enough to fit one bedroom stuff. Service was great. Had no issues picking or dropping the truck off. Prices are reasonable.”

“I was in des Moines with my trailer loaded for Wisconsin. Boss called and need something in Nebraska. I called this location and they went out of there way to help me. Moved things so I could park my trailer at there location. I rented a utility Trailer from them rental was $34 so it's not like they made big money off of me but they treated me like I was royalty. Excellent people at this location!!!!”

“Service advisor Adnan S.He’s been a great help to me . I called him Thursday morning telling him my 2019 LT 625 had a check engine light (Nox sensor) . He asked for my vin. He Told me my truck was under warranty to bring it in. Once I arrived at the shop I let him know that my driver side kingpin need to be replaced and all of my rear spring bushing. The reason why I needed all this work is because I bought my truck two weeks ago and tried to get a 3 axle alignment at the TA in Denton , TX and they pointed out to me what I needed to repair on my truck to perform the alignment. Once Adnan heard that he told all of theses repairs are covered under my warranty. And he told me I was smart not to get it fixed at the TA because I would of paid all this money . When my truck is under warranty. Then He told me it probably won’t be ready until Monday. At that point Adnan got me a courtesy vehicle so I could get around. Trivista is making my repair situation gosmooth with updates every day and just all around great service.”
