I had the absolute worst experience EVER with pathetic doctor she shouldn’t even be giving the title of a doctor but her name is Nikala Prasasouk. I went in with an infected toe. When she came in from the jump her attitude and vibe was completely rude and seemed like she didn’t want to attend to me. If that is the case why are you in a medical field. You have people’s hands in your life. I had told her my whole left side of my body is numb and can’t barely walk nor have any type of feeling. I kid you now she looked at me and said “ well okay i know you’re lying because you would’ve dropped dead by now if something was seriously wrong with you “ I looked at her and had asked her what does she mean she looked at me and said “ nothing “ I also think since I am a person of colored in a predominantly white neighborhood I was a target of racism. She wouldn’t even give me any type of antibiotics to treat my infection I had to literally cry and beg her to. She came in and looked at my foot and said “ i’m not doing anything for you. you’re going to have to go to see a podiatrist, it’s out of my hand “. I was so scared that if I was in her care any longer i could’ve died. I had to end up going to the ER after I left her pathetic service. I EXTREMELY HIGHLY WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME TO THIS FACILITY. On another note if you’re ever feeling suicidal please come into the care of Nikala Prasasouk , shell gladly help you take your own life. She’ll kill you without any problems. PEOPLE OF COLOR PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!! unless you want to die and it be ruled “ accidental” for her negligence. Besides her I absolutely loved everyone there from the young lady who checked me in to the nurse. We need more people like them. True hero’s. NOT Nikala Prasasouk who’s a monster!

If I could give zero stars I would. What is the point of reserving your spot for the walk In if they won’t honor it. EVERY time I come to this location I wait for hours upon hours.

The online system doesn't work the wait is still forever once you get there. This place is terrible. Said to call back if symptoms worsened and they would send over a prescription but then referred us to our PCP. Just go to your Dr office. This place is a scam.

My 5yr old is sick went there to see what is wrong they would not see her..only 2 people in waiting room..I came home from work because my wife was taken by Ambulance..will never go back..no matter what..only reason for the 2* is the gal up front was nice.

My wife saw a doctor at Unity Point in Altoona, Iowa, for medical help after a fall down the stairs resulting in back and hip pain. They said Friday, Jan. 28, that they would schedule an MRI. Here it is Friday, Feb. 3 and not only did they not yet schedule an MRI, but they did not call her back the last two days when they said they would. They had called the insurance company and they claimed they never received any request for MRI, then yesterday Unity said they were waiting for insurance authorization. They told me wife that it would be another week. She is in extreme pain and they do not seem to care about getting her help. It's turned out to be a joke of a clinic. It looks like it's a trip to the emergency room and forking out big bucks because UNITY does not care! We will probably go somewhere else from now on! Today we were just informed by the insurance company that they just today got the request from Unity. Are you kidding? They said "Unity dropped the ball." They wasted an entire week before the asked for an MRI for my wife.

If you see Dr Sean R Trammel be ready for the worst experience ever. Both times I have been forced to go he was busy looking at the ceiling vs eye contact. He told me not worth his time to look at my charts. Husband told him he needed a rapid test done per what work ordered him to do and the Dr decided to do the other test because that is what he wanted to do. This Dr is young and has no manners at all. He is busy in his self world vs paying attention to the sick person

Too long waiting time, almost 3 hrs. I’ve been to this place 3 times, had to wait for almost three hours on first two visits . 3rd time when they said that I had to wait for 3 hours, I left the place immediately. Also, we had noticed that several people who registered later than us were sent to doctor earlier, while we waited for full three hours. Interestingly, they say they don’t accept appointments, so how come the people who registered later got the chance to see doctor quickly!!

always a very bad experience, super slow, you have to wait up to 2 hours or more to enter the consultation and more than 30 minutes while in the office waiting for the doctor, wait, wait and wait

for one when we had walked in we were the fourth person in line, everyone was getting called back nicely, however we started seeing people that came after us go back, then another one and another one, mind you i had been waiting for nearly two hours now to get called back, still nothing. i walked up to ask where i was in line and there were still three people ahead of us, even tho everyone before us has already been seen and left. sadly there was also a little girl in there who really couldnt catch her breath from coughing so bad an they failed to help her. i wouldnt suggest going to this location of urgent care.

Place is a joke, you get an appointment online, make sure you are there before your scheduled appointment and have to wait HOURS just to be seen. Nothing urgent about this place.

The worst place I have ever been . I suggest just going to the ER or somewhere else . Hailey the the nurse practitioner failed to properly diagnose and actually look at the patient. There communication is terrible. You call to complain and they get rude and threaten to hang up on you. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK. I ended up in the Emergency room.

So, I was having severe pain in my back after a diagnosis of pneumonia in my lung. I came to the urgent care in Altoona and the staff was absolutely great,I was seen by a PA who I will call Dr. Diewold, she was absolutely Awesome and she had suspicions that the pain I was having was possibly due to a pulmonary embolism, her suspicion was correct, Dr. Diewold I can’t that thank you enough for catching that and you quite possibly saved my life. You are an absolutely great and caring Physician, Thank you so much Dr. Diewold.Jesse Fuller

came in with only a few people ahead of me which was expected, but when i was called to be up next, i waited over an hour to be seen w out seeing anyone go in or out. extremely ridiculous to be here for more than 2 hours especially after waiting for 90% percent of that time.
