She was laughing and joking the whole time and still jumping around to help other customers and her employees. You don’t find good employees like that to often!”

“Every negative review is from month old to 2 years old, and for those with a patience issue or a problem with the lack of employees bagging items FOR you, it's an assisted check-out, meaning you go in you ASK for help INSTEAD of demanding it, and it's called 5 below because it's 5 DOLLARS BELOW MARKET PRICE, and try to act respectfully towards the employees making them want to come into work the next shift hoping for a positive experience and to have a positive attitude, you do not know how much it upsets the employees not just at Five below, but at all miscellaneous retail stores to deal with people with snotty, snobby, or entitled attitudes and having to be disrespected because the customer thought they had THE RIGHT to whatever they want, it is a PRIVILEGE to step inside of a store for products, the staff is TRYING THEIR BEST to be friendly, they TRY SO HARD to keep the aisles clean, and they try to give EVERYONE a smile with HONEST KINDNESS, it's hard to do when customers don't have enough kindness or common sense to put items back, it doesn't have to be in the right section, just off of the floor, THE PROBLEM ISN'T THE STAFF, THE PROBLEM IS THE ENTITLED CUSTOMERS WHO DONT THINK BEFORE ACTING OR SPEAKING, just ONE act of KINDNESS can turn an employee's day around and that also goes for the NICE customers who do this already, 5 stars for trying your hardest to keep the isles clean, keeping products stocked even with the slow delivery of said products, and for putting up with the selfish and unreasonable customers everyday”
