Made an appointment to have tires installed. Arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. Pulled in front of the door marked "tires", there was no instructions in the email I received as to where to go when I arrived for my appointment. I figured pulling up to the proper door makes sense. I waited almost 10 minutes with no one coming out so I called into the tire center and was told to come inside to check in. Went inside at exactly 11am, when my appointment was and checked in with an employee who informed me after I checked in that they were running several hours behind and I would have to wait. I was not notified by the tire center that they were running late. The employee informed that they were "double and triple booked" from people booking appointments online and calling in to make appointments. I questioned how they didn't have a system that would prevent that from happening and why I would be made to wait when I made my appointment several days ago and arrived on time. Walmart says in the appointment confirmation that if I arrived more than 15 minutes late they would cancel appointment, yet they think it is appropriate to double and triple book appointments, causing several hours of delay for the customer, without so much as a notification or option to arrive later, when they would actually be able to perform the service I booked.I drove an hour to this Walmart to have my tires put on because this was the only location that had an available appointment and the tires I wanted. I am in the area for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend and have a 4.5 hour drive home. Now I will be seriously delayed in getting home. I was not offered any alternative solution. In fact the man working at the counter was very rude when I asked him why they were so backed up and I was not informed about the delay prior to my appointment. He said, "what am I supposed to do, call everyone in the world and tell them we are running late". Completely inappropriate and disrespectful. Clearly he doesn't need to call the "whole world" but his customers who are affected by their several hour delay absolutely should have been called and given the option to come later rather than sitting for several hours in their tiny waiting area. I will never use Walmart Auto again. Worst customer service ever!

I made my appointment the morning before showing up at the location. Once I arrived, they told me they couldn't help me that day. Would have been nice to know before I showed up.The next day they did do my oil change. However, they left oil stains all over the inside of my vehicle, not to mention the smell of cigarette smoke. They were perfectly nice, just disorganized and dirty.Mr. Beast has crohn's disease.

I would rate this less but that is not an option. the appointment that i made didnt have the tires on the appointment list. The crew somehow crossthreaded a lugnut taking it off and then could not do anything because that was the spare that needed replaced... needless to say I won't be back.

Auto here are either incompetent or lazy. Was there around 8 for oil change. Easy. I went back about 90 minutes later to see the progress and to find out they never started cause they couldn't open the hood, understandable. So I told shop clerk if your texting doesn't work why didn't tell me thru the intercom. Sje just shrugs her shoulders like a dummy. Late me work for ignorance thx altoona WM.

Scheduled an appointment online for 7:00am on 7/21/23 after purchasing a new set of tires. Showed up at 7:00am only to find the auto center closed until 8:00am. Returned at 7:45am and did not get approached by a service tech until 8:09am and was told it would take 1.5+ hours to get the tires installed because there was an 8:00am appointment he had to do first and he was the only guy working this morning.This will be my first and only tire purchase and installation at any Walmart. Awful customer service online & in-person.

Walmart has less and less of what I need every time I'm there. What a dump. The carts weren't even brought in. While some joke sits up front accusing people of theft.

Fast and friendly service. Jack did a phenomenal job. I ordered 4 tires, 3 came in and the 4th one came in later that day. Jack provided outstanding customer service and he was able to get me in and put on the new tires. Great friendly service and low price. They have a waiting room and it's definitely a great place to shop while you wait for you vehicle. Definitely will come back and I do recommend this location.Service: Tires

I stopped in to have some keys made, stood at the counter for awhile before anyone would help. One of the service techs came in to help me and 2 others that were waiting. At this time the service manager informed him that he was needed in the shop (lets go) said this twice while he was making keys for me. This is very poor management, a good manager would be pleased that an employee took the initiative. I understand that a business can be short handed. Managers need to take care of the customer in all areas of the business.

They fixed my tire but they give you a little paper tag which your suppose give to them or at least show them to be able to pick up your car but they just gave my car to my boyfriend which I thought was a little crazy.
