West Side storage was great to work with. I was looking for a better value in space and price when down sizing space at a previous storage facility. West side met my expectations. Communication was prompt and informative. The facility is clean and well maintained. I will use them again if I need temporary storage.

We needed a place to store my son’s stuff because he was switching apartments over the summer and we are from out of state. The storage place was very clean as promised. Access was easy and everything was explained very well in detail. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions. Definitely would recommend this place to store your belongings. Thank you!

Needed to store my car for college and he made it very easy. Gave me free parking for about two weeks until it reached a new month and was very easy to pay and access my car when needed

This was our first time renting a storage unit and I called several places. Steve was definitely the stand out because he explained everything so well and really seemed to care. Check in and move out was very easy and the unit, and the overall facility, were clean and ready to go. I highly recommend Ames West Side Storage and we will use them again if we need a storage locker next summer. Be sure to book early, though (mid-April in order to have a unit for the summer)!

We used Ames West Side Storage over the summer break to store our son's college belongings since we are from out of state. Steve was great to work with, and the facility is super clean. Highly recommend and will use again.

Great experience, the facility was SO nice and convenient to the university. I'm hoping to rent again next summer, but nervous its so popular it'll all be booked up. Highly recommend! Just don't book my unit :)

Moving is never an easy process but Steve and Megan took amazing care of us!! We were able book a unit online, buy a lock from the onsite vending machine and start filling it! When our closing date got extended we lucked out that another unit had opened up to put more of our stuff. Extremely secure and clean. 10/10 recommend!!

This was a great place to store my boat. Easy to use and convenient. Steve was great to work with and very friendly. The only reason I stopped renting my space is because we are moving.

We rented a 10x20 unit for four months after selling our previous home. steve was great to deal with and extremely responsive. Would rent again in a minute!
