I went in without an appointment, only looked online and was helped right away. Jack was super nice, answered my questions wonderfully and was just like a grandpa! They got me a super good interest rate on my loan for me and I was in and out in about an hour!!

We had a great experience with Jack and the rest of the team at Ames Cars while trading in cars for our daughter. We had driven through several used car lots in off hours and was impressed by the cleanliness and care of the vehicles at Ames Cars. The trade-in and purchase process was quick and efficient. Appreciate that they also provide a warranty on their used vehicles.

I literally love these people !! I had bought my car from them awhile ago and something happened with my air, they took it in as soon as I called and let me know id only have to pay for the part which is already a great deal right? !! But I had called back today it’s finished and ready to with no charge at all!! These people are all truly amazing. Definitely recommend them to everyone ! They have saved me twice now I really appreciate everything they do ! They have some of the most amazing, understanding and reliable staff and people. Will definitely keep doing service with them!!

I was searching for many weeks for a specific Subaru Forester at the right price. I found it at AmesCars. Forester was very clean and well maintained. After test driving and dealing with very friendly salesman Jack. I negotiated a great price with Jack and owner Charles. Price I was pleased with. 4 days after owning vehicle check engine light plus multiple other warning light alerts came on. I notified Jack about problem. I live 2hours away from AmesCars. He talked with owner Charles about my issue. They told me to take it to my local mechanic and let them know about cost of repairs. Luckily it was a easy fix concerning the purge valve. I did notify AmesCar about cost of repair. They reimbursed me for total cost with check in the mail. I highly recommend this car lot for purchasing a used vehicle. They stand behind what they sell. I am loving my Subaru Forester! Thank you AmesCars!

Got into a car accident, and needed a car really fast. I tried reaching out to get an auto loan online ($1000 down). They never got back to me. I had to call and reach out to hear anything. Eventually I went up in person and gave them the information they needed, then was told they would get back to me after lunch. I haven’t heard anything and it’s been MONTHS since. I drove for most of my living so this was a huge bummer that now my finances was cut drastically due to not being able to get a car here. SMH very disappointed, ah well won’t be going here ever again :(

Great trade in offer, didn't low ball and got more then I expected. Give us a great deal on a Honda odyssey and the guys were really easy to work with. Would do business with them again in the future. If your looking for a good vehicle with great consumer service, this is the place.

Bullies. Horrible customer service. Will take advantage of you and sell you a car that has a ton of issues. Have you use up the warranty to which you keep taking it back to “pretend” to fix the problem. Do not buy a car from them!!

We traveled an hour and a half away because we had our eye on a beautiful 2020 Ford Escape, the price was a steal, we did note to them that the right front tire seemed a bit worn and they immediately said they'd order one and put it on free of charge, but upon looking they wanted it to match the others so they offered to get us two front tires! We were shocked at how nice and professional they were and went above and beyond our expectations especially traveling here. I'm 35 weeks pregnant and we wanted a reliable vehicle for our baby boy to come home in, we are more than happy with our purchase and will definitely be telling everyone we know about our wonderful experience. ❤️

We recently purchased a minivan from Amescars. It was a no hassle, low pressure sales environment. We noted an issue with the engine the day after purchase, and these guys went WAY above and beyond to get it running right! Charles and Buddy were professional and provided great customer care - even more than they would have been required to. I'd purchase from Amescars again.

Absolutely humiliating “customer service”. I walked in to buy a 2015 truck. I’m a 21 year old girl so the guy suggested i ask my “mommy or daddy” to co-sign for me. The disrespect is baffling at this joke of a dealership. I had more than enough in my pocket to put down and he didn’t run my credit, take my id, see the money, or even try to get me approved. He saw a little girl come in to buy a truck that just drove 40 mins then tells me that. This guy needs an ego check.
